As a regular customer (who has never complained about a food order), I called the store to let the mgr know that the pizza I got on Fri. 3/1/24 was NOT good. When I usually order the All Meat pizza with mushrooms and onions, each piece of pizza is heavy to lift and you can't even see the base of the pizza due to the delicious ingredients they pile on. This particular day, there was barely anything on the pizza aside from sauce. Where I normally can only eat 2 pieces and save the rest for later, it was so lacking in toppings, I ate a small pizza in it's entirety because it was mostly bread and sauce. They didn't even give me the garlic crust I asked for (stated plainly on the order they provided me when delivered). Now, mistakes happen, I get it. But when I called the mgr, all she offered me was another pizza right then. Well, I had just eaten an entire small pizza. I didn't need another one right then. Not one offer of a coupon for another time, not ONE "sorry" was offered. Been using Marcos EXCLUSIVELY since 2015 for pizza and I am SUPER disappointed in their failure to make this right. Their pizza is the best in town (imo) but it's expensive (to me). $20.74 for a small pizza that I can usually at least get 2 or 3 meals from. Not this time. I can live with the disappointment of that day's pizza, but the lack of apologies and making it right is an even bigger disappointment.

Good food. Fast delivery. Friendly and efficient delivery person. Delivered within 25 minutes from the time we placed the order. The order was large and accurate.
Fresh tasty food !! Great job staff working 12/14/2023 evening night around 7PM! Even down to the driver with the speedy service keep up the great work y’all!!

Definitely the best pizza place around. Food is good, prices are reasonable if you use the app for coupons or specials. Wish they delivered a little further out though.Vegetarian options: Not many but there are a few pizzas, bowls, or sandwiches that have vegetarian options.
Always fast, accurate, and delicious. Eric and his staff continually knock it out of the ball field, so we get more than we can eat because we share where we go to eat them and the whole place agrees. Best pizza in the area. Staff always friendly and I've never noticed any sanitation issues as stated in other reviews. Keep up the great work y'all!

Order a half cheese and half the works and honey honestly it was the best my son is Autistic and he is a picky eater they made sure his bread sticks were fresh and he ate most of them thanks so much Marcos sometimes it’s so hard to find what my son likes and now I know Keep having that good ole southern hospitalityParking: Enough room for us all even with the dentist next door!!!Kid-friendliness: Safe and kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: They will make you feel very comfortable and it’s plenty of room
