It appears now the employees have implemented their way of fast food.
A lot of orders build up and they treat it like a short order cook. Orders come in and the employees push the customers through the drive thru, showing good numbers on the employees, but making the customers wait for everyone’s food instead of servicing the orders as they are ordered.
That is poor service from the employees. 25 mins for a 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 med fries is ridiculous. But I assume the owners don’t know as it would appear the drive thru is moving fast.
No they are pushing customers thru and not giving the food until they make everyone’s order.
Poor decision making through McDonald’s. But when you let the employees run the business, that is when customers stop going.

Nice McDonald's restaurant. Staff are always polite and helpful. The interior is ok.... was better when it looked like a fun place to go. Now it's kind of blah just like all the other fast food restaurants interiors. Food is WAY OVER PRICED!!
Parking: Parking is limited if you like to go in and eat like I do.

I ordered online and got the $10 special where you get 20 nuggets two fries And two drinks came home decided not to check my bag for once because I was in a rush.. came home and realized we didn’t get no french fries.. y’all are getting paid hourly so y’all need to do your job nobody’s forcing y’all to work there if you want to find a new job go for it but if you’re gonna keep working there, then you need to do the job you’re getting paid for

I have never been to a worse McDonald's in my entire life. Sure every once in awhile McDonald's get something wrong I can understand that but not only did they get my order wrong once, when I returned to ask them for the missing cheese on my double cheeseburger they got the order wrong two more times. I seriously don't understand how stupid you have to be to not be able to understand such a simple task.. at this point I don't think it was an accident I think that the cook was messing up on purpose out of laziness. This guy probably skimps everybody on cheese because he's too lazy to prep his station. I used to work at McDonald's and I know that you have to take the cheese out ahead of time to let it come up to room temperature and this guy just doesn't want to do it. I find it extremely disrespectful on a personal level because not only did he skimp on me once but then to mess up two more times is ridiculous. I asked for the employee's name who is doing this, his name is Tyler.

Idk the dudes name but I went here for a late night munch sesh and bro told me they were out of ranch and I said I was good on sauce and he tossed in three sweet n sour sauces and I’m going down memory road haven’t had this since I was 6. I appreciate you bro whoever you are
