Unfortunately I had to give this establishment two stars. The only reason I gave it the two stars that I did was because of the only two employees (Dutchess and Robert) that made this entire experience memorable in a good way. I arrived around 2:30 and placed several orders as I bought some kids that I mentor to come and eat and the kiosks were out of receipt paper, so when we went to the register to pay Dutchess greeted us with a smile and had an amazing temperament as she engaged with the kids accompanying me. Per the receipt, one of the orders was placed at 2:45, at 3:35
the other person who made this experience memorable, Robert, came and asked what we were waiting for, the only person who came to check on us and see what we were waiting on and even made small talk with me about the boys. Once Robert was preparing our food his manager came up to him and gave him a hard time and tried to be discreet about it but wasn't discreet enough. Robert continued to make our food and get it to us, and though it was almost an hour that we waited Robert and Dutchess went above and beyond! Thank you to Robert and Dutchess for your diligence!

Usually good with orders, typical thing is that the larger your order is, especially door dash or Uber eats, they mess up the orders the larger they get. So if you are trying to order for more than 4 people, expect something to be missing or incorrect, otherwise just like every other McDonald's, good food and good staff interactions

Not a shiny example. I walk up and woman at register says I gotta go to break,left and I waited close to five min for someone to come up,they were slow, it's after lunch rush but no excuse.food had no care given to it,been a long time going and a longer time before I go back.i understand you can't find good help.sad really.
Cashier Danielle was extremely kind and patient in helping me step by step with the app on my phone to order! Danielle was delightful and helpful! I will go back because of her👍

It appears now the employees have implemented their way of fast food.
A lot of orders build up and they treat it like a short order cook. Orders come in and the employees push the customers through the drive thru, showing good numbers on the employees, but making the customers wait for everyone’s food instead of servicing the orders as they are ordered.
That is poor service from the employees. 25 mins for a 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 med fries is ridiculous. But I assume the owners don’t know as it would appear the drive thru is moving fast.
No they are pushing customers thru and not giving the food until they make everyone’s order.
Poor decision making through McDonald’s. But when you let the employees run the business, that is when customers stop going.
