The food is decent. The one by target is way better and to me it’s worth the drive. I like to order through the mobile app and it seem as though no matter how early you put in an order they always have you pulling up. The workers are nice but that can only go so far.

Pull cars then leave you there while the drive thru just moves and moves and then roll their eyes when you have to go in to retrieve the order you've been sitting outside for 15 mins for. So ridiculous and rude. Its not that complicated.

Make sure you get your receipt because if you don't you're stuck with your food if they make it wrong. I placed a mobile order for a daily double no mayonnaise add ketchup. This is my sandwich no cheese ( comes with it) with mayonnaise here's the sticker proving what I ordered and how they made it incorrectly. Called up there and I was told that they couldn't do anything because I didn't get my receipt even though I placed a mobile order and I technically have a receipt via the mobile order. On a lunch break and they're telling me to come back when I clock out of work to replace my sandwich I don't want my sandwich in 3 hours I'm on lunch now. I used to work for McDonald's when I was younger. This is absolutely ridiculous how this is being handled being it was an online order, weather I got a receipt at the window or not.

Worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's. Guy taking orders in the drive thru was very nice.
I got rushed to park in one of the curbside spots for a very simple order, which then took 30 minutes because my order was given to someone else, and I ended up getting someone else's food. The worst part? They tried to blame ME when I literally parked where I was supposed to. That is so nasty and unprofessional.

Ordered sandwich & Coffee. I ate the sandwich and after I even asked about the coffee, after waiting more than 15 minutes I left with NO Coffee or acknowledgement.

Poor service all around. We paid via mobile app. Got our drinks and were told to pull into stall 1. 20 minutes later an employee comes out for someone else’s food. We decided to just leave. It’s not about the 17.00 lost it’s the fact I will make sure I will not go to any Triton owned fast food or restaurants in the foreseeable future. Do not spend a dime anywhere where you’re not treated like a valued customer.

Ordered fish sandwich they put tartar sauce on it but a blob on one side most of which was in the box & none on the fish.

Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian but do eat fish.
