Poor service all around. We paid via mobile app. Got our drinks and were told to pull into stall 1. 20 minutes later an employee comes out for someone else’s food. We decided to just leave. It’s not about the 17.00 lost it’s the fact I will make sure I will not go to any Triton owned fast food or restaurants in the foreseeable future. Do not spend a dime anywhere where you’re not treated like a valued customer.

Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian but do eat fish.

Terrible. Refusing the take orders because they’re “hella busy”. 3 employees outside. I was confused with who they were so “hella busy” with. No cars in the drive-thru.

Dumbest thing I've ever dealt with. Was picking up a doordash and he asked the name. Not how that works, but ok. He leaves to look for the order and I see it on the counter behind him, ready to go. 7 MINUTES LATER!! He finally hands me the order..... plain stupidity

Today we came For a 10 piece nugget a chicken sandwich and a burger they told us everything was there. We got home and realized our nuggets were missing. This is multiple times now that they have messed up our order and now we are inconvenience by having to go back 15 minute drive to fix the order and my daughter doesn’t have her food. Additionally, the chicken sandwich was not fresh and the fries were not fresh we don’t come here often and it shows why.
Prices are too high for everything, even with the app.

Staff plays too much and manager is ignorant my order was wrong and he started to hang up on me when I called cuz my order was wrong (he was worried about playing with the rest of the staff that was sitting down on the Job) if I could rate this location with a zero stars I would and people wonder why fast food places like this get rude people it’s cuz the people deal with rude and unprofessional employees that work at this establishment
