Came to this location, we ordered off of the kiosks. Someone in our group didn’t get a cheeseburger they ordered and they refused to fix it. Also noticed the lobby is disgusting the tables are streaked with dirty cleaning solution crumbs everywhere. When we needed someone at the counter it took about 10 mins for them to meet us. Drive thru slow which would be alright if you could get your order. Got home and missing a cheeseburger. With increased prices and higher pay maybe some quality checks can be implemented. Won’t be back.
The manager expected me to pay for my food twice after I showed proof of paying in the app. He was the most condescending person I’ve ever had contact with in any food establishment. He said he’s worked there for 18 years but as someone who’s worked in food service my whole life, someone who’s been in customer service for ten minutes should have better skills than he did.
