Every single time I come here I regret it - service is terrible, the wait is terrible, my food is always wrong and cold. Then I wait a while, try again a few months later, and surprise it's the same. When I worked here, the manager was awful so it doesn't surprise me. What does surprise me, is how a businesses can be so stagnant in their performance that they continue to provide poor service.

Overall absolutely horrible service. Customer service was slow, had to send a burger special requested for NO pickles twice and the third time the manager got it right. I asked for no pickles and was given pickles the first two times. I feel disappointed as someone who works within the industry. This location was horrible. Slow workers, also slacking off on their phones not working on orders.

Came to this location, we ordered off of the kiosks. Someone in our group didn’t get a cheeseburger they ordered and they refused to fix it. Also noticed the lobby is disgusting the tables are streaked with dirty cleaning solution crumbs everywhere. When we needed someone at the counter it took about 10 mins for them to meet us. The customer service sucks so bad here. Also the wooden Colums by the bar are disgusting. Covered is dust and crumbs they also left the lid off the tea which is a major health code violation. Came to this location, we ordered off of the kiosks. Someone in our group didn’t get a cheeseburger they ordered and they refused to fix it. I went through drive through between 10-11 pm for a chicken nugget happy meal for my grandson. The girl that attempted to take my order had an attitude. I refuse to deal with that. So, I left with no happy meal for my grandson. This is what happen. She said welcome to McDonald's. Did you use the mobile app for your order. I couldn't hear the last part and I stated "Excuse me?" She repeated with an attitude. I said "oh, no ma'am. " So, I attempted to order but because she continued with an attitude the entire time. I refuse to allow this. I left with nothing for my grandson. With those speakers, sometimes you can't hear. But she needs lessons in customer service.

The owner of this franchise needs to invest in some robots and AI!!!... you'd get better service. The person that brought our food to us tried to stop 3 feet from us and hand my wife our food and of coarse my wife is facing away from her and the girl huffs and steps toward the table more and bumps my wife with the tray as she is setting the tray on the table... I will NEVER eat at this location again and do NOT recommend to any to go here.
