Not only is mikes deli the best deli in Burlington, but, I also left my wallet at their establishment with more than my average amount of cash in it, I returned to get it and everything in it was untouched. The food is good, service is good and the employees are trustworthy and honest. Will always recommend mikes deli.
Visited for the first time and overall was a very good experience. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich (plate) on wheat toast, with lettuce and tomato on it, and it came with a side of chips. It was great! Portion sizes were very good. I also added a large sweet tea. Tea was very sweet, so I added lots of ice to water it down some. I was a little surprised that with $2 tip, my order was over $19. Still, very good. And, the quality of the chicken salad tasted better than...
My family have been long time customers of Mike's and enjoy the food greatly.
This last visit was a shock, not the food, but the prices and lack of hearing by whoever took our order over the phone.
Even in New York and New Jersey deli's the prices are half what we were charged.
$20 for a full sub, ordered it on bread and not a roll or loaf.
Two desserts @$7 each, ridiculous.
I understand rising costs and wages, but to raise...
