We have always loved Mimi’s and have ordered tons through the years. My first time having a problem and was a little taken back. I ordered an antipasto salad and when getting home was missing the meat. I called to inform them and was only offered an apology. You’re paying for the meat, and it’s the main taste for the salad, so was disappointed with no offering of making it right. I also ordered a pizza that was delicious as always. But the salad was my main reason for ordering...
Updating the review. As I said I do not mind errors but how one responds to those errors is important. The owner of Mimi's called me, apologized, and made the interaction right. He found out why my ravioli came out like it did and fixed the issue. I do trust Mimi's to take care of the customer and to deliver quality food & service.
