Mosca's Italian Restaurant

Tried every Italian place in the Burlington area none compare! Excellent food, superb service and THE cleanest restaurant I have ever dined at!! It is a pleasant atmosphere where you don't have to scream across the table to have a conversation with the person your with, or join in on a hee haw birthday song! We just love William! He is the cherry on top of the whole sweet experience called Mosca's!!! Next review will include pictures!

We were able to get a table as soon as we got there. The waitress stopped and checked on us a couple of times before we even were ready to place our order. The food came out pretty quickly as well. The ranch salad dressing is made there and it's really good. I think this is where the old Wright Brother's Steakhouse or restaurant used to be a few years back. Anywho, good food and good service. I'd come back for sure

My Stromboli was the best in town, a true Italian experience. William is a talented server, always greets you with a smile. Excellent service.

Ordered to go was missing the protein from the pasta then was told we didn’t ordered protein brought the receipt back up there to prove to them that we were charged for it. (Probably get your facts correct before you start pointing fingers) they cooked the protein. But didn’t redo the pasta now we have cold pasta with our protein. Normally good food POOR customer service.

The quality of the food has gone down in recent years. Ordered "To Go" the other day, a chicken wrap among other items. It was made wrong and had so much grease in the bottom of the container it wasn't fit to eat. I called and informed them, they said a manager would call me back. Never did. Called the next night, told the same thing, same results. I am DONE with Mosca's!

Valentine's Day.. No reservation ..small waiting area,but super nice employees. Generous portions at very reasonable prices on standard Italian faire.

Cute Italian restaurant. Our server was great, the food was yummy and it came out quickly. We ordered the Southwest Chicken Pasta and the Pasta Primavera - both were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed.

We had a wonderful experience tonight for a friends birthday party/dinner! We had 25 in our party and our waitress was fabulous!! I believe her name was Anna!! She deserves special recognition for her service and ability to keep all our orders straight!

Great value for the money, and still havent found anything on the menu that isnt good/excellent. Found out they make all the sauces in-house, and it shows.

Stopped in on our way through town and sad that this place is not closer to home. Bread was amazing as was all the food! I’m picky about my cheese steak and loved it! Everyone was friendly and service was quick.

I have to agree with the other poor reviews on service, race, and management. I have been ordering pizza from this place for a long while now. It's a great deal for a large one topping. Which totals to $10.62. However the past 7 times I've ordered, someone is telling me that my half pepperoni half ham is $17+. Mind you I have always ordered half ham half pepperoni for $10.62. They always put me on hold then and ask someone who comes back and sorts it out. Then they apologize for the inconvenience. Leaving me paying said $10.62. It's a special. However, today with no manager on duty according to "Kim" and further said she is the best they have for manager at the moment, they were trying to charge me the $17+. Let me tell you, no friendly faces, no wanting to help the customer amicably just cold see through you glares. Just apologized for all their other employees who according to them have been ringing me up wrong. Mind you, they always have a sign up that they are hiring. Anyways, the Kim said, not to me but to the cashier, to just ring it up and they will deal with it later. Well, this was my last straw with them. I explained that I have always paid the lower price and someone is always trying to get me to pay the higher and then they go get someone who rings it up correctly. Then I pay the $10.62 and notice that the Kim is going to the back also to put in the order. It just didn't sit well with me as she wasn't pleasant and I sure don't want my children eating food that has been tampered with. At that moment, I heard another employee say, with laughter in her own voice, out loud to a customer, "that's a racist thing to say!" I looked up at that moment as the two chuckle and the racist customer and my eyes meet. Right away I told the cashier to cancel my order, that I no longer want it. So I have to agree with a previous review that if you are a certain color then the service may be good. But sadly, even bad reviews received from those of the "privileged" color. Needless to say, I will not be returning EVER. Nor will I eat their food ever again. HORRIBLE service! It's a wonder the place is still in business.

First visit, very worth the visit. Food was really good, quality items. Large menu. Service was fast and sincere. Prices are VERY fair. The bread basket- ooh my! Taste like the bread of a peperoni roll, AWESOME!!!!
About $40 for 2 people w/o app or desert. Will most definitely be going back.
