The service is always impeccable. The cakes are always absolutely delicious!!!! I’ve been going here since it opened 4 years ago and I’ve never had a single bad experience!
It’s not too expensive. But it’s not cheap.
They’ll always serve you with a smile. Just like chick-fil-a always happy to help!
I know it’s hard pleasing people but they always do their best!!!

I went to order a dozen Bundtinis on Friday. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get them ready. I paid for my order and came home and took them to my destination today. When we opened the box, everyone was highly disappointed because of how small they were. They were a lot smaller than they were even a month ago. And the price was a lot higher when I paid for them on Friday. I called today to ask about this, Savannah, whom I spoke to, said that sometimes the batches are smaller than others, so you never know what you’re gonna get. And I am quoting her. I said this is not a satisfactory answer. She agreed with me. I said if you wanted to run a business, you need to be consistent with your size of your product. Or at least advertise that your Products are smaller due to the increase of costs. I will not purchase from them again I’ll go to another bakery.

This place is amazing!! I will never go buy a cake from the grocery store again. I ordered the red velvet cake for my bfs birthday and it was moist and delicious.

First time going here and I received a warm welcome and great experience. I bought 6 personal size cakes and I can say they are moist and incredibly delicious. I will definitely be back for more.

I have ordered many times from this place. I placed an order through Door Dash because I didn't know that they delivered themselves. This was a gift for someone. Door Dash put my name on it. I called and chatted with Door Dash to try and get the name changed. I placed the order 4 days early . They were foreign and said they couldn't change the name, so basically I was sending a gift to myself. I called Nothing Bundt Cakes and told the girl on the phone the situation. She put a young manager on the phone. I asked her could she leave a note with the order, that it was for the person it was supposed to go to. She said she couldn't see it in the computer and wouldn't leave a note for 4 days later. I asked her did they deliver. She said yes. I asked her their prices and it was alot higher than Door Dash. She was rude and very unprofessional. How hard is it for a manager to make a note? She absolutely refused. The Cakes are good and very expensive, but make a nice birthday surprise. I am in customer service. I go out of my way to help my customers, 3rd party or not. This girl is rude , short talking and should NOT be a manager!!

Sorry customer service today. Usually my go to place for gluten free. Not sure I'll go back. Unprofessional smug teenagers after a long day. Sorry I inconvenienced them. The last two bundt cakes have been subpar. Minimal icing, heavy cake and flavor off...topped off with bad customer service. I can find other places to spend my money.

We are disappointed by poor communication from this establishment. We ordered a cake well in advance, paid a hefty $20 delivery fee, and expected it to arrive at our friend's doorstep on their birthday.On the first attempt, the delivery person left a voicemail asking us to come pick up the cake from the shop. On the second attempt the next day, the cake failed to arrive again. This time, my friend mentioned that they didn't even receive a call from the shop to inform them of the issue. Note that my friend doesn't have issues with other deliveries like Uber Eats. For an important occasion like a birthday, you'd expect more from a cake shop.They also haven't provided any alternatives other than coming to the other end of the city, and picking it up (friend doesn't have access to a car). Neither do they want to give another delivery attempt or offer us a refund.

I’ve had Nothing Bundt Cake several times and it’s always delicious. Highly recommend the lemon or white chocolate raspberry. They are so nice whenever you are in the store and even gave samples away today!

This location is so uninviting. The staff acted as if she hated to speak to me or give me my order. She was so cold and withdrawn, but the cake was good 🤷🏾‍♀️ Two stars for that!

Wow, the quality of the dessert was poor. I called ahead to ask if the cakes were fresh and if the cakes were homemade. I was told, “we make our cakes fresh every morning (nope) and was told the cakes are homemade (nope again). I was mislead when I purchased 2 bundt cakes that taste very dry, hard, cold, too sweet, they tasted pretty awful, not better than Betty Crocker. This was my second time trying them out and the experience was the same both times….Please, please go somewhere else unless you want a Discount store bakery type cake.
