Waited for 20 min not one server came to get our drinks much less our order. Tried numerous times to get someone’s attention and was ignored. This is odd as they are usually pretty good there, they need to fire everyone there who was there on 3/14/2025 closing as they were terrible!

Pulled into the half empty parking lot and thought we’d be served fairly quickly. Got in and was told a 15 min wait for 2. Okay no problem! We waited for about 3 min and we were told our table was ready. So promising! We walked in, showed the message, and stood awkwardly while three hostesses tried to figure out where they were gonna sit us— as if they didn’t just text us our table was ready. A lady sits us, gets us drinks, and then disappears. 30 minutes go by without being approached again. Yet everyone else (in the non busy restaurant) was being served and attended to. Multiple waitresses and hostesses, including the one who sat us, continued to quickly pass us and make eye contact, but no follow ups, no service. We eventually left. It felt humiliating tbh.

Very snotty. Was rude from the start. Acted like they didn’t even want to seat me then when I got to the table and sat down nobody wanted to serve me. Waited 20 min no one even came to get my drink order so I left. I wasn’t as dressed up as I normally would be but I had been out delivering food orders was hungry so stopped at Olive Garden in Burlington nc. Won’t happen again.

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, I used to be one of my favorites. The signature soups were close to horrible. My friend ordered Zuppa Toscana and it was just about huge chunks of slice potatoes, we thought it was a bad batch but she ordered another one and same. I ordered minestrone soup and it was actually worse, more like a vegetable porridge. We ordered pasta but the waiter forgot to bring it, also the capuchino was awful- cold more close to water with chocolate power added to cold water-we were ready to complain but felt bad for the server. Definitely no what it used to be!

Unfortunately, I didn't capture any photos of our meals this busy Saturday evening. We arrived and were promptly seated after the 20 minute wait. As expected, based on the crowd, food took a little longer than usual to reach the table. The appetizer didn't arrive for almost 30 minutes after the order was placed. On the brighter side, the food was good. Best of all, our waitress, Rebecca, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and super friendly throughout the entire meal. Probably the best service I've received at any restaurant I've visited in recent memory. Kudos to her👍🏾!

My husband and I went out for dinner for the first time in 8 months since our babies arrived hoping for a nice night out… the service was SO slow, our waitress was MIA for the majority of the visit, we often had empty wine and water glasses, empty plates on the table, it took 25 minutes to get our wine, another 15 for salads. When our entrees arrived we asked the waitress for more breadsticks but ended up finishing our meals before we saw her again… we paid on the table kiosk and left. Typically we are pretty patient people but after an hour 15 we had to rush through eating to get home. Disappointing service.

I usually get the baked five cheese baked ziti with meatballs added to it. I had it six months ago and it was horrible, had it again today and still horrible. Did Olive Garden change the ingredients or something. It use to have a delicious cheese sauce. I will not be going back.

My husband never received his bread sticks with no butter that he asked for at the beginning of the meal. My Sprite was only soda water. I reported it at the beginning of the meal, waitress said she would check it. After finishing our meal, she came back to say the Sprite was messed up and asked what else I wanted. I finished my entire meal with nothing to drink. Horrible service.

We arrived at a busy time & were greeted promptly and informed the wait would be about 10-15mins. They had a table ready for us in 3mins! The waitstaff was very attentive & our food was great! Our waitress even brought us extra alfredo sauce after hearing us remark that "more cheese is always the best amount."
