Went here and spent almost a hundred dollars for my wife food to have someone's hair in her Alfredo and replaced it with a new and gave a desert for free we checked mine for hair bu didn't hardly ate any of it but next reheated my food and found a long black hair in it and I'm bald I will never go back to olive garden again

Fantastic experience today with out of state family. Seated quickly, even at noon on a Friday. Atmosphere, service, and food were all good. Highly recommended.

About half the amount of chicken Alfredo as there normally would be. This is not a $21 bowl of pasta.

I came here Saturday night and got severe food poisoning coming out of both ends. I usually like their food but I ordered the ravioli carbonara and something about it was off and the chicken and bacon did look weird.

The service was terrible! We had to track down our waiter every time. They took our order then “lost” it somehow and came back 45 min later to take the order again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden in Burlington tonight, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by Douglas. His attention to detail and commitment to raising the bar truly stood out during our visit.

We had a slight unsatisfactory experience but Douglas made us feel welcomed and valued. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. it was so clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent service to every customer.

It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their role, and it made our thoughts on this Olive garden that much more enjoyable. Thank you, Douglas, for your outstanding service! We appreciate. Keep up the great work!

Soup, salad and bread sticks for two.

We had a trans server, and although I admit, trans people freak me out, this guy>girl was an exceptional server.

We love going to OG. My husband had seafood Alfredo .. his favorite. I had 5 cheese rigatoni. Both were delicious. I was not happy that our salad plates were very warm, and there was too much salad dressing, it was pooled in the bottom of the bowl. We also had to ask for our mints. The food was hot, breadsticks were fresh. Service was ok but I have had better there.

The service was a 0, we ordered soup, salad. Never came to check on us to bring more soup, then when she did she told us they where cooking it and it would take awhile. The other couple at our table never got their food, then we was overcharged on our bill.

I have been a huge supporter of Olive garden through the years and has never had a problem at any location. However, when I went in today to be seated I was not even greeted. A couple came in and they were seated immediately and I still had to wait even after I went up to the server and told her that I have not been seated. She came up to me and said she apologized and then proceeded to see somebody else before me. I'm absolutely disgusted by the behavior of that server and I do feel that I was not treated fairly.
