We were so disappointed, we had shopped all day and couldn’t wait to eat at favorite place. The service was good and the food looked good but everything was salty. We spoke with the manager she didn’t care all she said was I am sorry I’ll have him go easier on the seasoning. We just paid and left. Any other Outback would have comped our food. Not her. Food is not cheap but I will spread the word on how the food was salty, and I mean all of it. The only thing not salty were the mozzarella sticks.

The food is very good but it took us over a half hour to get waited on. The service was extremely slow. Once she realized it was her table the service was good but it took so long before she realized that we were at her table. I think they need to coordinate their servers better at this place. The prices for the food is very high. By the time you buy your meal and drink it's over $30 which is way too much.

We had a retreat there and had a dinner at outback and it was wonderful. The weight staff went above and beyond to make sure everybody was happy and satisfied. The food tasted wonderful and the whole atmosphere was just amazing.

I have to share the wonderful experience I had a few weeks ago at this Outback. Recently, I've been put on a pretty strict diet due to some health changes but wanted to dine out with some family for a special occasion. After some calling around and Googling, my options were looking bleak. I decided to call Outback and was able to explain some of my restrictions to the kitchen manager. I believe his name was Jordan. He was so polite and genuinely seemed to care. He promised me they would be able to accommodate my needs so we opted to give Outback a try. Our server, Megan, although claimed she was slightly new, seemed as though she had been working in service for a number of years & we appreciated chatting with her as she was in and out. I was able to order the grilled chicken with less seasoning, steamed asparagus & broccoli, and a baked sweet potato all without any of my restricted ingredients or seed oils! I think that's a pretty big win for a chain restaurant and it was largely due to Jordan and Megan's kindness, empathy, & heart for service. I will definitely return and am more appreciative than they can know. Big thank you and much respect to everyone on staff here!

Regrettably, I can't remember the name of the waitress, but she was truly exceptional. Her friendliness and expertise stood out as she provided detailed descriptions of the menu items and explained the specials thoroughly. Plus, she crafted a delightful strawberry lemonade that was a real treat. The hostess was also incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It's a breath of fresh air to receive such outstanding service at a chain restaurant.
