Sorry guys. This used to be one of the best spots in town. Called in to ask about wait time, told no wait. Arrived to nearly empty restaurant, told to wait while a table was found. After 10 mins, left.

Stayed at the hotel next door and decided to order Outback to go purely for the convenience. To my pleasant surprise, the steak was perfectly medium rare as ordered, and it was ready 10 min ahead of schedule. Friendly staff as well even with the limited interaction.

Dined with some family for a leisurely meal. It was about as expected, except for our excellent server Jacob. He really took care of us and made sure we had everything that we needed! Thanks Jacob!

The service has gotten so much better and so has the food. I don't know if it was a change in management or a change in their systems, but whatever it was made a difference. Keep up the great work.

I really hate leaving this kind of review, but it has to be done. I ate here with my family about 6 months ago and it was really good, but omg has it plummeted. We got there around 4:30 pm on a Friday night. There were maybe 7 tables of people eating at the time and we were asked to wait about 15 minutes for a table to open(?). We figured it was a staffing issue, didn't really care. Got seated and our waitress was quite lovely and attentive... at first. Took almost 15 minutes to get drinks even though the dinner rush hadn't even started yet. We were there almost a half hour before any food came out. The blooming onion was delicious, but at around 45 minutes was when we got our food. Three ordered baked potatoes. All of our dinners came out before the waitress ever told us they were out of baked potatoes. One person got rice to substitute. It was super bland. The others got fries. Fries are always good. Myself and my partner ordered the steak and Alice springs chicken combos, medium rare, sides of mashed potatoes and veggies. Half the plate was nothing but veggies, they tasted horrible. No seasoning or anything, just blah. The mashed potatoes tasted good, but easily could have been boxed powdered potatoes and had a strange texture with hard crunchy pieces in it. The chicken was the size of a bojangles chicken tender. Tasted good, but very tiny. The steak was flavorful, but it was by far NOT a good cut of meat. Both of our steaks were filled with tendons and ligaments, very hard to cut and chew, and mine had a massive vein sticking out right in the center of it. I regret getting medium rare as now we are both having stomach issues and that's the only thing we did differently from everyone else's steaks. For the amount of money paid for this meal for five people, approximately $125, the food was incredibly lacking. At one point, we were getting up to leave before ever realizing that a desert, which had been ordered almost 30 minutes beforehand, still had not come out. So we had to sit back down and wait. We were there almost two hours, mostly just waiting for food. Sub-par food at that. Do better, Outback.

A snarky response by what I assume was the General Manager to my Gf on a question of wait time left me extremely irritated and we left immediately. From what I've noticed on my many visits she has had an overbearing presence over her employees and other customers. It's clear to me that this location is understaffed and with a GM as lovely as that over your shoulder there's no wonder why. You are much better off going to the Mayflower down the street.

Worst Manager ever. Waited for ever for my meal. Others were given their food and they ordered way after me. When my food came out it was given to someone else. Manager came out and took it back in the kitchen and 5 min later brought it back. They just put it on another plate. I asked how could they make a new one when I had been waiting almost an hour and she lied to me face and said it was new, it was so cold no way it was new meal. It was given to someone else, that is against health code. I knew if I argued it wasn't new she would have spit in my food. Never ever going back here until that Manager is no longer there. I don't know how she even got that job.
