Food was quite good/nice plate presentation, cost a bit high for quantity, service seemed pretty good. Serious letdown with dining area as every empty table was dirty, debris on chairs/benches and the floor littered with napkins, etc. Was 4 of us, totaled just over $60 and may as well have eaten outdoors as it would have been more clean/inviting.

Extremely rude manager. Preorders were not made efficiently and a group of 10 came in and the manager made them wait 50 minutes for their food.Then yelled them for coming in.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered food which took over 45 minutes to make. Some of our food was missing on top of that. The manager began yelling at us for ordering. Completely disrespectful and unwilling to work with us to resolve the issue.

Absolutely a horrible manager. Got made that at 6:10 we took 10 people (6 who ordered ahead of time). They threw a fit, after an hour they continued to give people food that ordered after us and we finally walked out. The manager was rude and hateful

This is the slowest drive through ever. You will sit for 40 min with your food ready inside and no way to get out of the drive through. This is also incredibly frustrating when you have kids that you don’t want to unload just to grab food. Maybe they need to make the menu smaller in order to make food faster.

What a great place to eat at! I was there at 12 on Saturday and there were a lot of people eating and having a great time. The broccoli soup is delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Well I’m out. Been giving this Panera Bread location many chances over the years…slow service, constantly out of items and had a few wrong to go orders..well this morning at 9am they were completely out of bagels..what???? I understand being out at 11 or 12, but what? So…I’ll keep driving and won’t be back…by the way, probably the worst managed PB in any I’ve been to around the country.

I arrived at Panera at 12:45. I had pre-ordered online 20 minutes in advance when I got there I waited for 47 minutes and when I got to the window, I checked the bag because I thought after waiting all this time, I need to make sure it’s correct. It wasn’t I was missing a sandwich. I had to wait at least six minutes before the girl at the window would even look my direction and then had to wait another 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made yes, it was lunch. Yes, it’s a busy time, however I saw two cars in front of me have to pass their bag back because something wasn’t correct. This was very disappointing and took way longer than it should have.

I frequent Panera more often than I’d like to admit. Today was easily one of the worst experiences. I ordered through the app as I was in a bit of a hurry. I pulled in maybe 3 minutes after submitting my order through the app. I sat in the drive through line for 45 minutes before getting to the window. I was then given the incorrect order. Gratefully I checked my order before leaving. I handed that order back to the attendant (after waiting a few more minutes to get her attention). I informed the attendant i had touched the bread in that bag but she didn’t seem bothered. Praying she didn’t hand it off to the next car.
