Don’t waste your time or your money. Every time we order it is wrong. Manager gets an attitude if you complain so we don’t bother anymore. Apparently special instructions are more of a suggestion than a request they honor. Twice they have canceled my order without so much as a phone call.

Papa Johns Pizza serves decent food, including the Papadia Cool Ranch, although the advertisement may not accurately represent the product. The service can be a letdown, with some staff members lacking personality and following poor hygiene practices, such as not sanitizing their hands or wearing gloves while handling food. Despite this, the pizza is good, but the presentation and cleanliness of the staff can be a major turnoff for some customers.
