Placed a delivery order that was never delivered yet the tracker told me it was. I called the store and the manger said she closed her store down early and they can make it another day. It’s 2 hours after I placed the order. Very unprofessional and rude. She laughed in my ear like my money and time is something to be played with. What pizza place closes at 8:30pm. Do better “Manager”. I asked for the general managers info and when will they be in, she said she is the general manager, yikes.

I ordered pizza to be delivered at 5:45 and it was so busy that they didn’t even start the order until 7pm. Then they contracted my order through door dash but the dasher canceled my order and I never received my pizza. When I called papa John’s they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and won’t refund me. I wish I could give negative stars. The lady calling was no help, just kept saying “sorry”. Never order from here

Order said “ready” on the app—yeah, not even close. I get there and one item wasn’t even made. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes. These new staff clearly aren’t trained well. Super frustrating.!!!!

I love Papa John's, they have the best pizzas but the past 2 orders that I placed at this location in the past month have had something wrong. 1st order the pizzas weren't correct and I paid for extra marinara and didn't get any with the bread sticks and cheese bread. Tonight one pizza is supposed to have black olives on half and they're on the whole pizza and only my daughter and I like black olives, half was supposed to be only pepperoni. I've worked at a pizza joint, why is it so hard to get the toppings and side sauces correct.

Sunday 27 July 2025 @13h13 That nasty, shiftless, and worthless POS employee Delvon should be fired. When I asked to be transferred over to pay through the automated system with my card as I always do, he refused, got belligerent, and hung up. I've never had such an issue until today! I then called customer service to file a complaint and spoke with a person named Charlotte. I told her what happened and demanded that she call the store to investigate what I told her about Delvon and his refusal and nasty attitude. It was to no avail, as he lied to her about what happened. I then asked for the phone number of the regional manager for that store. She told me she couldn't find such a number. I then asked to speak to her supervisor. She put me on hold. Then her supervisor, Lorraine, called me back and gave me the same BS story. DO NOT order from this store. That Delvon should be sacked immediately, as well as those two customer service individuals, Charlotte and her supervisor, Lorraine!

The process was the worst but my door dasher was awesome. The guy who took my call was great the manager was RUDE AND UNREASONABLE. I accidentally put the wrong address on my order. I called to get them to change it they said they couldn’t and needed to cancel the order completely. Instead of canceling I told them I would personally call my door dasher with the number listed. I suggested if they couldn’t just write it down and give it to the dasher they said no? After a few mins later I saw that there was a new door dasher coming. When I called the pizza place they said they canceled my order… this was without my permission. And they stated the money would be in my account after so many business days. But I hadn’t received an cancellation email and it still said that my door dasher was on the way. I spoke with the GM she was decent but all this to say. I was able to call my new door dasher without a problem and he got me my order. Will not be ordering from this place. Should’ve trusted the reviewed

While I waited to pay, an employee with no gloves on came to answer the phone, proceeded to do something on the computer with pepperonis in her other hand. None of the employees had gloves on as they were making pizzas…and that is absolutely disgusting. I won’t be back.

Horrible! Use door dash to deliver their food and your pizza will come out of the oven and then it takes an hour to get it. Manager is terribly rude and doesn’t deserve her job!

This place is straight up disgusting! They always get my order wrong! I will not be eating here anymore. NICOLE is the manager and she is the absolute worst! They literally messed up my WHOLE order and she refused to give me a WHOLE refund. To make things worst the entire time I was talking to her she had an attitude from the beginning! Like I was annoying or bothering her just trying to figure everything out, as if they wasn’t at fault for messing up my pizza. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Doordash delivers it, its no longer in house. Order from here if you want cold pizza. They don't even tell you until you complete your order. A pizza place with no dedicated delivery driver is insane

This review is for the South Church Street Burlington store.

This used to be a good location. I used to frequent this location at least once a week, for quite a while. After receiving a few sub par pizzas, I really stopped ordering regularly, but still did on occasion.
Lately, the issue has become the employees. There's one female, that recently came back to the store that is great!
There are 2 AA females though, that are so rude and unprofessional, I will no longer give this place my business. Snarky comments under their breath, loud obnoxious music playing, yelling and carrying on, and just plain being rude to customers for no reason. I'm a very easy going/friendly person. It really takes a lot to get on my bad side, so I guess they actually accomplished something. The bigger "female" isn't ever actually doing work that I've ever seen. The smaller one does everything with an attitude and a chip on her shoulder. How you would let someone like her run your store is beyond me. And for the record, I'm not alone in what I'm expressing here. I've had several conversations with other patrons in and around the store about these two. Hopefully someone higher up in the chain of command realizes what's happening there. Me personally, I'm just going to spend my money at one of the many other, better choices for pizza in the area. I would highly encourage anyone reading this to not waste your money or time. There are much better choices nearby.
