I use this PJs a lot. Noticed last night, after I paid, how they handled to food. No gloves, also when tossing the pizza, it was touching the sleves of their coat. We always enjoyed the meal but this changes everything.

I got cheese and pepperoni. It was delicious. Could have had a Lil bit more sauce but other than that it was tasty. I enjoyed it! There was missing a garlic sauce in the cheese box.

I had no peppers in either one of my pizzas I ordered it is literally the reason I went to Papa John’s. I called the location to verify that they did have the Peppers. They apologized and offered me an extra pepper next time which is not acceptable. They should’ve refunded my order or credited my account. Also my pizzas weren’t well baked as they were ordered.

Quality standards have gone down tremendously, pizza was all sauce and cheese was hardly melted on top with the toppings underneath it. The cheese wasn’t stuck to the pizza like it should be.

I thought the service was ok. My problem was with the pizza. The pizza was very soggy and lacking that traditional papa John’s flavor. I may stick to other pizza places in the area before I return here.

Ordered pizza and wings, 20 minutes later called and said couldn't make it and canceled our order because they were short staffed, Manager was very rude and we lost our papa bucks, and he said it wasn't his problem! Very sad how they operate! It's giving a very bad name to papa johns, we ordered fromMebane nc, instead and they couldn't have been any nicer! Thank you mebane papa johns for saving face! He wasn't nice at all!

They should pick up some staff instead of having to use DoorDashers because our pizza got here in THREE hours which is ridiculous imo and the poor doordasher got here wondering what happened.

The pizza is always made just like I ordered it. The wings are always nice and warm. I don't get pizza from anywhere other than Papa John's. It's the best menu variety and the best flavor.
My family and I decided to eat pizza. We have eaten here before and wanted to try something different. We ordered the New York XL Pepperoni and it did not disappoint.

placed my order an 6, was quoted 15 min, got there 20 minutes after pizza said it was ready, waited inside for an hour. didn’t get pizza until 7:20. what the heck does papa johns have going on here. hefty white male, wearing red shirt, had glasses, and blonde long semi curly hair, lettering on the back, at register was no help! he told us it was in the oven and it’d only be 5-10 minutes, well ended up being 40 minutes. then came back to ask again, and said it was just being placed in the oven…so he lied. also was quoting people random numbers? but guy in beige with curly hair, crocs that have lighting on them deserves a raise. got our order AS SOON AS WE ASKED HIM!!!!! when spending $50 on bread, sauce, and cheese your expect it quick…come on.

Didn't taste fresh at all. Got a wrinkled green hot pepper. Put it in the oven and the crust came out all burnt. Will not order from this location again. I was so hoping to give a good review but no bueno
