While visiting the area from Florida, we had a wonderful experience at Paul’s Pastry Shop! The coffee was delicious, and the treats were even better. We tried the blueberry scone and cinnamon chip muffin—both were absolutely amazing! The service was friendly, helpful, and personable, making us feel so welcomed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this charming local gem!

They didn't have any chocolate donuts but they had lemon and raspberry filled and they just took them in the back and add a chocolate for me which was really nice. The donuts were really tasty not too sweet with lots of filling and the warm chocolate was fabulous.

I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. When I arrived to pick it up, it had vanilla icing instead of chocolate. When I asked for it to be redone, the baker told me he didn’t want to trash the vanilla icing and essentially was too lazy to remake my cake so it would be best if I went to a different bakery.
I went to this place because I was curious about coffee. I've been looking for a good coffee place, Starbucks, quality coffee at home fresh beans with a Breville espresso, and other places, but this place is by far the most delicious coffee I've ever had. I tried the crossant too and is ok. I order a double espresso btw.

We decided to try Paul's this morning for breakfast. My husband and I both got the bagel sandwich. I got a strawberry sprinkle donut and my husband got a raspberry filled. They were absolutely phenomenal. Soft and airy, and the strawberry topping was delicious. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches were delicious also! If you're in Burlington and surrounding areas, I highly recommend this place.

Paul's is amazing!! Everything we've had here is delicious. Great prices and super friendly staff as well. Breakfast sandwiches are great too. Love Paul's and come here every time we visit (though keep in mind they aren't open on Sundays)

I have a friend who no longer drives. Monday she was craving maple bacon donuts but the shops were closed. This morning, after Ash Wednesday service I tried to go to the shop near my house to surprise her but they were closed. I tried to think of where I could get the donuts and I remembered the shop near my mom's neighborhood that my mom talked about. I called up and although they didn't have any made, the manager offered to make some for me. My friend was happily surprised & Paul's has a new customer! Thanks for spreading some sunshine on this dreary day!
