Waste of time going there. They never have anything because their managers can't figure out how to keep enough product.

The absolute BEST donuts! They’re giant, not overly sweet and have the best chewy texture. I love the original glazed, can’t beat it with a cup of coffee! This was our first time in the shop (we usually get ours to go) and we received great service and loved the overall downtown donut shop vibes. Highly recommend!

Cute shop. We stopped in while running an errand in Burlington. The muffins were delicious! Donuts were good also. Service was friendly and quick.

Paul’s is a staple of the graham/burlington community. The donuts are incredible, the cakes are creative and affordable, and surprisingly the coffee and chai is just as good as the pastry. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the variety of sweets they have is seriously impressive. We went pretty late on a Saturday morning, and they still had plenty of options to choose from, including breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend this place!

I've only been to Paul's a few times, but this will definitely be my last! I stopped on the way, taking the kids to school and thought we would use the drive-through and I would get donuts for the kids and a dozen to take to work. The sign in the drive-through says $13 for a mixed dozen so I presumed that's what I was going to pay, that $13 ended up being closer to $18. Which wouldn't have been a big deal if I had received what I asked for in my mixed dozen donuts. I had asked for the mixed dozen to be apple fritters, glazed, donuts, and Frosted with sprinkles. There was not a single apple fritter in the box and only two frosted wisp sprinkles. So paying $18 for a dozen donuts when you don't get almost anything you asked for makes it sting a little bit more. When I called to let them know, I was told their price went up about six months ago, and there was nothing that they could do about it that if the drive-through price was outdated, it just was what it was. No receipt was provided. I only found out by looking at my bank charges. Will definitely not be back.

My mother in Mississippi called the bakery in Picayune to have a King Cake shipped to us in Virginia. When it arrived, it was from a bakery in New Jersey, La Bon Bake Shoppe. Neither the person taking the order nor Paul's website says anything about outsourcing their baking to another state in another region of the country. We have been loyal Paul's King Cake buyers for years, but will not again.La Bon Bake Shoppe website does not hide the fact they are selling "The Original Paul's Pastry Shop King Cakes," they promote it. I wonder why Paul's hides this fact?Additionally the cake we received was pretty bad compared to years past.

This is a classic in Burlington. They're only open early and run out quickly. They have delicious coffee and service and a convenient drive thru. Their cakes are amazing. I love the Italian cream. Reasonable prices and they're such happy and fun people to chat with. They also package everything with care. Recommended.

Best donuts in town!

Welcomed from the moment I walked in the door! The smells should be something you pay for. There's plenty of space to spread out when you're waiting to order and the cases of pastries I purchased a dozen mixed donuts for my team at only $14 and change. This is so amazing, so reasonable! Each one is crafted with love and they even made me two fresh blueberry filled since they were out! You can't find service like this anywhere else. Thank you

I came to Pul’s today because they have the best donuts in the world. The problem, though, is I got here at 12 today and there isn’t a single donut for sale because they sold out and aren’t making any more even though they are open for 2 more hours. I get that most of the specialty donuts would be gone by now but not to have any is ridiculous. This place was the place I grew up with and my father would always bring home their glazed donuts. I think they still have the high quality that I came to love but the service has definitely gone downhill. They should close at noon if they don’t plan on making any more of their product to sell. Oh, and as if to make up for it, I was told that they had spicy donut holes they would sell me. No thanks.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be in town first thing one weekday morning while traveling from Canada with work. We shared two donuts, and OMG - absolutely mouthwatering!!!! As self-proclaimed foodies, these are a real treat and well worth the visit if you're in the area. From the sounds of it, these donuts sell out very quickly (literally, like hot cakes!), so best to call ahead before making the journey, especially if you can't get there within the first few hours of opening.
