Disappointed! The cobbler is mediocre. The ice cream tasted like grocery store brand. The server today couldn't even be bothered to open her mouth enough to speak clearly. We won't go back for this especially at this price.

I was in the area and decided to stop in Ms Vicky greeted me and it was my first time she broke the menu down perfectly I had the flight Sweet Potato Honey Apple Caramel Apple and Peach Mango is what I ordered The Sweet potato is my fav the rest were good as well for sure mix with ice cream so good and it just so happened my fav IG influencer magnifgoeshard was at the NCSTATE location this morning

The cobbler that I received was good. The associate assisting was new, so things were going very slow. Still nice. Waited a long time for my item, but it was good, so it was worth the wait.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly because this is a desert shop, but not so much as far as seating indoors. But there is outdoor seating and plenty of space for kids.

They never start an order or even know that there is an order until you walk in. There always on there phone and never pay attention. I door dash here a lot and always end up waiting ten plus minutes for something that should have been done prior.

If the food is as good as the driver of the company truck then you should be scared. The guy driving the company truck is reckless & an overall terrible driver. By the way they were driving, it appears that the driver could’ve been intoxicated. It blows my mind that anyone would drive that terribly (& possibly while intoxicated) while representing their business.

I don't like peach cobbler so I always skipped over this place. A few days ago I typed in Sweet's to find a smoothie place I frequent and the Peach Cobbler Factory came up. I decided to click on eatery to see what they offered.
I saw that they had cookies on their menu. I love a good frosted cookie. I went in a tried their red velvet and chocolate chip cookie. They were both really good. Honestly better than other frosted cookie places I've tried in the past few years.
Their cookies are soft - ish, and very sweet. It's something I would eat once a month but not often.
I just wished their prices were not so high. You can buy two things of cookie dough for one of their cookies.
The price of their menu items is why I gave them a 4, but if you like frosted cookies, a variety of desserts and drinks The Peach Cobbler Factory is the place for you. Not everyone can pull off red velvet anything so thank me later!!
Vegetarian options: It's a dessert shop so everything is vegetarian.

Havannah is so informative! It was our first time in and she gave the store favorites.. her favorites.. and how to order. She was very welcoming when we came in!! My husband and I got the cinnamon peach praline cobbler shake and the blackberry peach cobbler shake and they were amazing!! We will definitely be back!!
