The only issue I have is when I try to call. Nobody answers the phone. They send it to voicemail or just hang up. I have to drive across town so therefore I like to call to make sure the flavor I want is in. Other than that I love pelicans snowballs!

Used to have a good experience here. Both girls were rude. Blonde was just sitting on her phone. Came 5/16/24 around 8:45PM
I understand this is nothing but shaved ice with flavoring, but the black guy that worked there on Saturday is afraid to use the flavoring! He barely used any, and silly me thinking maybe it will go through the snowball….WRONG! The young girl knows what she is doing, she made my daughters and her was drenched with flavor. The photo shows 3 flavors, all I taste is ice. Never again!
Absolutely amazing and refreshing!

Love this place. Best snow cones!!!!!
Let me first say that any criticism you are receiving regarding the kids you have working for you is too harsh in my opinion. We’ve all had “that first job”. Not every 16-17 year old starting out will have incredible customer service skills. I know I didn’t! I did however, get better as I got older. Learning how to read people and develop that sensitivity takes time.I’ve also learned that when dealing with people in the service industry a smile and an energetic, “How ya doing?” can be highly effective at bringing out a similar response. Finally, I can’t fathom how a successful snow cone business can operate out of a brick and mortar building (even using teens as staff)! Try to run that place with experienced adults demanding $15+ hr. and see how successful you’ll be.Come on folks. It’s a snow cone!A delicious snow cone! I will be back! Thank you!
Always a solid experience. Sometimes the kids running the place are a little slow or don't understand your request but it's still great
It was a nice little line but it moved quickly. Staff seemed friendly. And my icee was delicious. I will be returning
