My pizza was carryout!! The box was so light in weight I could've used it as a Frisbee!! The topping was few and cheese was not seen!! I suggest yall change your commercials, it is False advertising!! I chose pizza hut because it was the best to me years ago! I don't eat out much but had a taste for pizza hut!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENTS! The local "cheap" pizza (Lil Ceasars) is better than what I received from pizza hut!! DO BETTER!!

I normally order online but the website kept giving me error codes when it couldn't load the login screen. I had to visit the location and told the young guy manning the front desk what I wanted (pizza and wings special in the window) he seemed confused saying he had several. I showed him the ad online for $19.99 large stuffed crust 16 wings and sauces, He proceeded to ring me up and I waited for the food. He came up with 1 pizza and 1 container of wings... I was going to check the wings because normally for 16 it would be 2 containers but the offered me a bag and I went out the door with them. A nagging feeling to check won me over and before I got into my car and verified I was only given 8 wings. I went inside and the lady behind the counter asked if I needed something else. I asked if he was bringing more wings, since I ordered 16 and only got 8. She asked the guy that did help me and he confirmed he only rang me up for 8. I explained it was the $19.99 deal online and in the window. She adked for my name or number or receipt i explained that i was a walk in and he never took my info or give me a receipt. They both looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and told me that deal is expired that they don't offer it at that location anymore. I asked why they have the sign up and still offering it online then? They told me it was for 8 not 16, again I showed them the ad showing 16. Then they decided to storm off to their manager while fussing out loud.. "on God he really wants those 8 wings" Yes if someone pays for something then they want what they paid for. The manager came up and trained them on the spot on what they were missing. He then gave me a refund on the overcharge the first guy did between what he rung me up for and what the special was. But no apologies or hardly any conversation to me except we can put that in our warming area and it will be out in about 8 minutes.

Do not shop this location. My order was 1-hr late and did not deliver my breadsticks. I called to complain and they said door dash delivered my order. I did not hire door dash. They never delivered my missing item. When I called for a refund of the delivery fee and cost of the breadsticks, they hung up on me.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered and will make sure I take my business all the way to Graham from now on. If you want your order in a timely manner and hot, this is not the franchise to order from. Whoever the franchise owner is better get their employees and business together before they no longer have one to run, period. Twice now, weeks apart, we’ve placed an order and had issues. First time, either they shorted us on wings, had cold pizza, and burnt the cheese sticks, after a 2 hour delayed delivery. The second time, we’ve yet to receive the food and it’s been over two hours. At least this second time, someone had the sense to call to tell us “they were just dropping the wings” because of some unintelligible issue they encountered. I can only imagine what travesty I’m about to be delivered. I hate Dominos but this Pizza Hut is going to send me right back.

I don’t really like to give bad reviews since I own a business and I know how difficult is to deal with that, but unfortunately this is not the first time they messed up my order in this location and evidently I’m not the only one not happy, but it seems like this manager doesn’t even try to encourage his employees for a better customer service, and maybe keep writing bad reviews it will eventually get his attention. I payed $3.99 for 2 “side order of fries” , that big box they put them in looked so silly with the amount of fries that was in it, I could count them (about 15 fries) I could buy a $1 fries 🍟 at MD and I bet I will get twice as much (I got 2 orders and they were the same amount on each one) this people need to take pride of what they’re doing and understand how aggravated is to pick up your order and you can’t wait to get home and eat with your family and find out that they did such of poor job on your food, they almost making it seem like your money is not worth for crap, they need some training asap.

I then called 30 minutes later because I still didn’t have it. He said (Devonte I believe) said he didn’t have time to tell me the ETA. WOEST EXPRESSION EVER!!

We ordered $70 worth of pizza and I ordered extra pepperoni and extra cheese on some of those pizzas and neither of that was there. They were cold and weren’t even cut properly but the kids were hungry and we have to be in bed early early so I could not afford the timeto send it back nor have my kids upset because they couldn’t eat right away. I will never get pizza from this place again.

I have stopped going to the pizza hut, due to the fact of the low quality of food, standards of quality control, and rudeness of the manager. Each time of the 3 times I have pizza hut in Graham a chance it was the same quality of food. We were also told that we couldn't get wing anyway except boneless... So we have stopped going.
