I just ordered a pizza from this place and it is garbage. The pizza is cold and it took over an hour and a half to get it. If they are not going to have drivers then don't be a delivery only. Please let customers know when you are going to use door dash. I paid too much for them to play with my money.

I ordered a pizza at 6:21pm. At the time, it said that it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. When I placed the order, they said 66-76 minutes...... okay..... well, according to the tracker it should have been here about half an hour ago. We are going on about 114 minutes. I've been on hold for about 25 minutes. Hope the driver is okay!!! Finally got in touch with a manager who is not on site. My kids are falling asleep :( and we still have no pizza. and I am still on hold. And now it's 8:17. And momma's hangry......

Last night we order our pizza @7:22pm gave us a time of 1 hour and they did not arrive until 9pm .. They usually not like this when I ask to speak with manger she states her manger was busy. She even hung up the phone. I never had a problem with pizza hut period. My Pizza was not as good as usual,they told me my pizza would still be hot No it was warm. I spent over $30 on food that was not worth paying for. Having a hungry family was not a good thing.
