Prego's Trattoria

I first ate at Prego's over 15 years ago. It's just as good now as it was then. Thank goodness for this place, it's the best restaurant in town. Consistent high-quality food and service. Just like eating at a restaurant in Italy. Never a bad experience in over 30+ visits. Thank you, Prego's team, for your hard work and passionate dedication over the years.

I have gone to Prego’s since I was a child and it will always be one of my favorite Burlington restaurants. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is top tier, and the staff are kind and welcoming. Last night we ordered take out from Prego’s and when we got home, we discovered one of our dishes had been left out of the bag. When we called the restaurant to let them know, the owner of the restaurant hopped in his car and drove the missing dish to my home, in the middle of a Saturday night at the restaurant! Customer service doesn’t get better than that. We are so lucky to have this special restaurant in our community.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter & her friends’ 5th grade graduation at this lovely establishment. The food was wonderful, the service was impeccable. Alex was amazing! Will definitely be back again. Thank you, so much! 🎀

Went for graduation- charged a fee for a reservation. We still had to wait over half an hour. The wait staff was not very knowledgeable about the smaller menu planned for the evening. We were also surprised after the fact, that prices were increased as much as 30% to 50% due to the special event going on.

We love Prego's! The food is always fresh prepared perfectly. The service is first class!

We had a large group reservation on a busy Friday night. This was one of the BEST dining experiences I have ever had. Our waiter, Jorge, was courteous, personable, and extremely attentive without being overbearing. The food was excellent. The drinks were superb. We never felt rushed as if we needed to get out of the way for the next group to come in. Thank you so much for a delightful evening. I would 100% recommend Prego’s and if I ever need a place for a memorable dining experience in the area, I will return to Prego’s.

This place is amazing! My husband and I went because I wanted to try risotto for the first time. Our dining experience was spectacular. From the atmosphere to the food, everything was perfect. I’m a picky eater and everything that was brought to the table was delicious! We got the mushroom risotto and the carbonara. Also, they bring polenta to the table with the bread, and while this southern girl loves grits, polenta is to die for!

The food was extremely delicious and the the service was exceptional. I can’t wait to go again.

We were visiting my niece at Elon and we decided to try out this restaurant.
Being from New England/NY where we have amazing Italian restaurants, our expectations were honestly not very high for eating Italian in the South.
But this restaurant, staff, and owner far exceeded our expectations!
The owner personally came around to each table-(he is from NY!) checked in, poured water, etc, making sure everyone was happy. Our waiter Christian was absolutely amazing!!
Super nice, friendly, funny, with great recommendations and attentive service.
The food was fantastic!
From the drinks to our meals (pasta, chicken, pumpkin ravioli!) to the yummy cookie butter cheesecake-everything was delicious, and very reasonably priced.
It was a great experience from start to finish and we will absolutely be back again.

Excellent place. Excellent food. Unique dishes. But it loses 1 star because I was covered in lint from the napkin being on my lap, and when I actually tried to use the napkin to wipe my sweater, again, lint balls were all over me, and I couldn't get them off! Needed a lint roller. Otherwise, 5 stars.

The food was superb. Our server, Ryan, took great care to make sure we were well taken care of. We had the ravioli and fettuccine; both were well prepared, hot and delicious. There was a large in today and it was a little noisy.
