My food was good. The only thing i didnt like is they started turning off most of the tvs and the music 45 minutes before closing.. i feel that should be kept on until at 10-15 minutes til closing. It made the guests feel like we had to rush to get out. I came in to eat at 9:30 pm. The restaurant doesn’t close until 11 pm.

We went midweek and ordered the Wednesday special boil, which had a snow crab cluster and a pound of shrimp. All the seafood boils come with potatoes and corn. I ordered the mild garlic butter which was very tasty. It was reasonably priced. I definitely would go back. It’s got a casual feel, they offer a full service bar. The decor is a little Disney feel with a shark, large wall length screen showing underwater scenes. If you are in the mood for a seafood boil, give it a try.
Kid-friendliness: When I was there, there were several families with young kids. The menu offered many options for children while their parents enjoyed some seafood.

Terrible service, I asked for a tweezer to break the molars of my crab and the waitress simply went to the next table that had just been vacated and took a dirty tweezer. We were two people at the table and he only put gloves and an apron for one person, anyway I don't recommend it at all 🤮🤮. The worst seafood restaurant I have ever visited. In the country.

The food was good, but too expensive for what we received. I had scallops and blue crab and my boyfriend had shrimp and snow crabs. I had to get up to find the server to ask for crab leg crackers and silverware, and we didn't get asked for refills but were offered to-go drinks as they rushed us out a few minutes after closing, before I was finished cracking any of my Blue crab. I don't have crab crackers or tiny utensils to get the meat out at home, which is why we went to a restaurant in the first place... to eat there. We arrived one hour before closing and were rushed the whole time. This was our one day off together in many weeks and our one date and the management and staff rushing through the whole process ruined it. I had entire crab left to eat. They kept asking us to take a bag and go. We were not the only ones either, another couple left a huge amount of food, lobster, shrimp, crabs etc. on their table. The fake underwater scene projector shines right into your eyes, if you are placed at the booth in the corner. We mentioned the glaring projector light to our server,, but were not given the option to move, so my boyfriend switched places so it was in his eyes instead. We will Never go back to this place again. Don't waste your money here. They need to learn decent customer service. The entire staff and management seemed put out and bothered by customers being in there, and god forbid, a few minutes after 10 while still eating. The server was rushing closing duties so fast that I could not go to the bathroom on the way out, because she had mopped the floor between it and the door. I felt like asking for a refund, but said nothing and left. This was a very disappointing restaurant experience.

I was amazed at how well our waitress handled working alone. Her coworkers were late, and she handled the situation very professional! She didn't seem overwhelmed, didn't have an attitude, and didn't talk bad about it. I was very pleased with how nice she was under the circumstances. The world needs more nice people like her. I wish I remembered her name so I could thank her again on this review.
when they brought out the bib and towelettes, i was like Hmmmm, but when they brought out the plastic gloves.......SOLD!!!! @Joes-Crab-Shack.....eat your heart out!!!!! THE RED CRAB IS ON DECK!

Jyquan was amazing. He was attentive and always close by to help. He was very knowledgeable on the menu and was very very nice. 100% coming back and we will be asking for him. We sat in the corner booth of the restaurant and even though we were in the back he made sure to check on us. 10/10 -Aidan

We had the shrimp Po boys. Appreciated the fresh lettuce and tomato but would have liked a little more flavor to the shrimp. The hush puppies were delicious! The waitress was quick and friendly. Loved the large screen where we got to see all kinds of underwater scenes!
