It was my first time eating here the atmosphere was good, the quantity and service was also good had to to give the food a four star thought because it tasted more of salt and less of flavor.

Last week, my friends and I decided to have dinner at this place. Normally, we're big fans of Red Crab and frequently go to the one in Greensboro, but our experience at this location was quite disappointing. The service is consistently awful, the food tends to be overcooked, and to top it off, I discovered a hair in my meal during our visit this time. This completely killed my appetite. When I approached the manager to discuss the issue, she shockingly insinuated that my friend had intentionally placed the hair in my food. We were taken aback and tried to convey that it made no sense for my friend to do such a thing, especially since there was no reason for her to mess up my meal. The staff's response was not only baffling but also unprofessional, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. Awful, awful place to eat, and even worse service. We will NOT be returning here.

Came to Red Crab tonight (2/6/24) to treat my son to dinner for his good report card and Heather our waitress did not make this a pleasant experience. I ordered a side of fries that didn’t make it to our table until we were done with our seafood boils. At the time there was only two other tables, the place was pretty empty. We waited about 5 mins before Heather came to attend to us. I asked for two to-go cups, they had no lids for them. When Heather was bringing the drinks she had put them in the regular cups, then she realized I asked for to go cups so she turned around. We got our seafood boils which came out quick. But we didn’t get our fries. I see Heather go sit down, VAPE, and get on her phone. Still no fries. I don’t know if she could hear my son slurping the last of his drink, but she finally came over asked if we needed refills, yes please I paid $3.99 a piece for fruit punch I want a refill. I said we never got our fries she says oh okay and did I still want them, I said yes but I’m not paying for them. She says she can’t ring up something for free. I said I’m not paying for fries that should have come out before or when we got our food. I said don’t worry about it and she brings the drinks back. So I asked to speak to a manager she said “she” is not here I’m the only one here. Then she gets an attitude and says “I’ll just pay for the fries” and walks off not even wanting to listen to what I had to say. It takes the fries another 10 mins to come out. We were done eating and finally get fries. She was very rude, not attentive, slow, and act like she didn’t want to be bothered at all. But tried to be nice at the end. I was over it. I don’t go places to intentionally get free food but that experience was not worth the $62 I paid for my meal to sit down and dine and have good customer service. I wish I could have spoken to a manager. I did not leave Heather a tip because she was so rude.

Food was nasty. A lady finger got cut off I got over charged for food that wasn’t done.
Went for my birthday 1/18/24. The food was good except it was a little to salty. It was the worst service I have ever had. The server sat at a table the whole time smoking her vape and eating. Then never washed her hands before doing anything else. She was extremely rude when asked anything felt like we were ruining her day being there. We asked if they done anything for birthday and her response was yeah, that's it. When leaving had to ask again because she never told us. Was given a 10$ gift card for next time,but with how we were treated we will probably never go again. Nope no tip was left. We work in the food industry and one off of tips. We spent 100$ in here for lunch and would have definitely left a nice tip if only she could have just faked liking her job for a little bit. Very disappointed.
Horrible Horrible!! From the service to the NON Working Toilets All of them in the women's bathroom. Heather (waitress) Brings one cracker for 6 crab orders no ketchup or tartar sauce for the fried food. Went to the front like 5 times asking for condiments and etc while interrupting a worker sitting down on his cell phone the entire Damn time... It was empty when we went in at about 315pm for my nieces Bday ...service, attitude, no tvs on while we waited and the manager was walking around like everything was good

Not kid friendly. Wrap music with cursing. Very dirty windows, shutters, and doors. Floors look okay until you look near a wall or in the bathroom. Floor very sticking the the bathroom. Very fast food and bar service. Less than five minutes. Tasty food. It's Black Friday and no one else here at 6 pm. Another couple came in and the sat them in the next booth. Plenty of room to skip a booth or several tables. Demaris our server was awesome.
Awesome loved the crab legs and shrimp boil.
