Went today with my family for dinner and it will more than likely be our last time. So many people complaining about the wait but we weren’t in a hurry so we didn’t mind waiting! But everything went down hill with the service and timing. We didn’t get our drinks for 20 min. I had to ask for bread because they didn’t bring us any. My daughter’s milk tasted awful. A lot of the items we ordered they forgot and we had to ask for them constantly because they kept forgetting. Anyways at the end my husband was counting his money cause he was going to leave a tip but got upset when the waitress stayed next to him and said so no tip? She didn’t even give him a chance to count his money and change. He was very upset because he felt disrespected. He handed her a tip and walked away he said I was going to leave more but she was rude standing there asking for a tip like they did a good job. It’s been years that this red lobster has been going downhill. If you can avoid it don’t go.

Good food it's what you would expect from a Red Lobster. Now the service is horrible the wait time is normally super long from the time you put yourself on the waiting list to get seated, to the long waiting time to get a drink, the food the whole process is just long. Then the waiters on several of my visits rarely check how we are doing minimal drink refills, just minimal service overall. Then, at the end, they sit waiting for tip. To me, that tip is earned based on my experience. Now, maybe that's just me. Won't be back for the most part when I eat out it's for both the food and experience. If I can't get good service I can just make this food at home.

Never thought I would be returning ,since the last two experiences were horrible .My food had hair on both occasions but Justin was amazing If you want good quality service ask for Justin ,Service was outstanding.You can tell he enjoys his job and helping others feel welcomed.Diffidently would be returning !

Went out with friends and Red Lobster was our choice. The server was amazing. She kept check on us and we never ran out of beverage
Picked up an online order and the bottom of the bag was completely covered in grease. My food was cold and part of my order was missing. Will not order again, waste of money.

Swung through NC on a quick trip and stopped by for a fast meal. Sat at the bar as the tables were full. The bartender was exceptional at ensuring good meal service which is usually not the case where I currently live. At no time did she act like having to serve food was an inconvenience to the bartenders. Great job.

Stopped here a few weeks ago for fish and chips. It was the worst seafood meal I've ever had and possibly my worst meal in memory. A waste of time and money here.
