I put in a to go order around 8pm and the estimated pick up as 8:18pm. I arrive at 8:20 and the food was not ready yet. I waited and I had asked about 10 min into my wait for an update and was told “it’s coming now”. It’s 8:40 pm and I’m asking to speak to the manager. The manager comes up “hi what can i do for you” and i said “i put my online order in 40 min ago and the food still isn’t ready” he said let me check on it. He comes back 2 min later with my food and said “sorry about that”. I left. I get home 15 min later as I live 15 min away. The Burger was wrong, fries are cold cold, and my $2 cookie was so badly burned it wasn’t edible. It was hard as a rock. I do NOT recommend ordering to go. I have eaten here a few times and never experienced anything this awful.

We go there a lot. While like every where else, service can be hit or miss. But the manager always fixes any issues. And the food is consistent and yummy.

But are the best red Robin we have ever been to! The manager is friendly, attentive and manager should strive to be more like him. A waitress today is Vanessa. She is very cheerful, kind and attentive.

Got a double Royal Red Robin burger, was delicious. My side unfortunately came out wrong. I ordered mac and cheese and got fries. I was charged extra when they fixed my order and brought me mac and cheese, which took an additional 10 minutes. Mac and cheese is no longer a bottomless side as well 🥹
I typically never have these issues, which is why my rating overall is still a 5/5.

Coming in it was great, then I had accidentally spilt my drink on myself and asked for towels and napkins to clean it up and was just stared at. After I had asked for another drink and didn’t receive one I had to ask multiple times and others at my tables drinks were empty also. Then as I eat my burger I but into it and there was a hair in my food, I couldn’t finish my food because that’s disgusting and just ended up leaving. Your employees really need to wear a hairnet or something this is so nasty. And I could tell it wasn’t mine because the hair has a whole different texture then my hair.

I recently visited Red Robin, and the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the lobby looked. I’ve been here before with my family, and just like last time, the service and food were absolutely top-notch.
The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, as always—perfectly cooked and served promptly. This is a great family-oriented restaurant, ideal for a nice weekend outing.
I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly dining experience.

It was not great...and if Janet is your server just run. You will end up with god knows what and have to ask for every little thing including refills. We have had her twice and both times had issues with food and service. We finally asked for a different server. It doesn't take 30 mins and 3 attempts to get a burger right. My husband ordered a shroom burger...I have no clue why Janet would put in a monster burger but okay. When the burger arrived we told her it was wrong and was a shroom burger. We were told it would be remade...here comes the same wrong burger with mushrooms added....returning the same cold wrong burger with added mushrooms is NOT even close to remaking the burger. We finally asked for a different server after we had to ask for ice cream for his root beer float which seemed standard to every one but Janet. 30 mins after placing his order my husband finally got the correct burger and they acted like they did him a favor by not charging him for the burger he never ate or even ordered. They discounted the bill minimally but it was insulting given the fact he had to ask for everything and sat without food for 30 mins. It was so bad we ended up asking for a different server because Janet was non existant.

We sat in back where bar was, the bartender was our waitress. She had an attitude and not friendly at all, customer service was a -1. Acted like she really did want to wait on us... and I love Red Robin but I wont be patronizing there for a while.Ill spend my money where its appreciated

Went to RR for lunch. Not crowded at all just a few folks enjoying lunch. Was seated in bar area for some reason and this area with the music playing and bar activities was a bit to noisy for my wife and I. I requested to be seated on the other side of restaurant. Waitstaff appeared curious why we were leaving and I stated it was a bit too noisy. She responded by reaching for the music volume know and said she could turn the music down. Music on other side of restaurant was just as loud. Asked manager if it be possible turn lower the volume so the my wife and I could have a conversation. Manager said volume was controlled by corporate which was BS because waitstaff on barside had her fingers on the volume knob. This type of response leaves me with not wanting to go back! Not worth the noise! Music speaker quality sucked as well.
