It was late and close to closing. Server was very nice and quick to get our order. Food was good, nothing super extraordinary for a burger place. I'm sure my younger kids would love the toy and candy machines at the front door. Yes would go again and maybe try something different.

My veggie burger was burnt to a crisp not edible. I gave Red Robins a second chance. It wasn't any better. But I will not complain it's just not for me

I had the turkey burger and fries. It was really good and the service was excellent. Bambi did a great job!

We have not eaten at Red Robin in forever, it was a wonderful experience. The burger was delicious atmosphere was very nice

We went here for dinner last night to satisfy a craving, snd it was amazing. The food was good, but the service was the amazing thing. Good service is sometimes hard to find in North Carolina, but the service here was over the top. Kenzie was our server and she was awesome. It was a pleasant surprise

We ended leaving because there's no longer a lunch menu.

Very bad experience. Food was wrong. Bill was completely messed up. Manager charged us for a burger that was wrong and one burger was over cooked. The one bright light was not our waitress but another named Jordan who helped us get everything straight.

Our server was great, but the manager who delivered our food instead of moving to the other side of the table to give my daughter her meal went across the table and knocked over her drink. He then got 2 rags dropped them off at the table for us to clean up ourselves without stopping to help. The food was way to greasy. I have eaten at Red Robin's before and they have been good; but this was kinda just nasty. My burger soaked half my fries in grease making them ineatable. I asked our server to have him apologize and he did then he gave us a free burger on our next visit to that particular location. I can say we are never going back there. But our server was new and she was great so we left her a good tip. Stop here at your own risk. Gotta just roll the dice on this one. But we will not.

I ordered two chicken sandwich and the bread was burnt on both of them. I also ordered 4 orders of Buffalo wings and not one of them have any signs of sauce. When picking up the order I had realized that there was a few ranch missing (I had ordered extra ranch) when I asked for them I showed them the receipt and I still had to argue with them so that they could give me the ranch. Horrible experience.
