We drove 2 hours to visit. It was worth the drive! We have been keto for 4 years. This is by far the best keto bakery we have ever been too. We also stocked up on their freezer meals. The Stromboli was incredible and the strawberry lemon cake was delicious. I can’t wait to make this a regular thing for our family. My daughter is on a medical diet and these freezer meals are perfect to meet her needs.

If you haven’t tried Rose and Rae’s, the next time you are in Burlington you should! They are a certified gluten free kitchen, and diabetic friendly bakery. We drive from Greensboro regularly, and have enjoyed the savory items, as well as the sweet treats! With no sugar added, and very low carbs, as a diabetic I’m able to eat the food with no spike in my blood sugar. The best part, it’s all delicious…..and you’d never know it wasn’t a “regular” meal or dessert. Support local, small business and enjoy a healthy, delicious product…..all at the same time!

My husband and I randomly stopped in and we are so happy we did! Customer service was top notch, super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to make vegan tacos for me that were wonderful. The vegan brownie was also yummy. My husband had pesto chicken and a blueberry bar and was very happy as well. Everything was fresh and perfectly flavored. You can tell they really care about their food. We were treated like VIPs. We don’t live in the area but are near from time to time and we definitely come back.Dietary restrictions: Made vegan tacos for me.

What can i say!? This establishment is wonderful!! The food is so delicious! Especially the strombolis, chicken potpies,quiche, chocolate chip cookies, chicken pesto salad!!! I could just go on and on but i don't want to hold you all up from running to this cute little Cafe and grab you a bite!
