I placed and paid for a online order today that was supposed to be ready at 6:25pm. When my husband arrived there was a closed sign on the door said be back at 6:20pm. He waited until 6:50pm no one ever came to reopen the restaurant. We weren’t the only customers that showed up for online orders either.

The family is sweet and the food was served straight from their hearts. I come here to get a taste of home and the food my mother used to cook. They do not disappoint. Service may be a little slow but trust the food will be great.

Really flavorful and comforting beef pho! I ordered for take out and everything was perfectly separated so things didn’t get soggy in the broth. I confirmed there was a spoon and chopsticks in the bag and they were very nice to make sure I had everything I needed. I do wish I was given some basil and a bit more beef, but overall delicious meal! I will be back!

If you are ever in need of a warm, fragrant bowl of phô soup, this place has a good selection of soups, hibachi, fried rice, dumplings, and spring rolls. It’s a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with seating, for sure, but I find the rustic diner characteristic of the restaurant very charming. Also, the Thai iced tea they serve is just divine~!

Kid-friendliness: They even have a kids’ menu, which has kid sized steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi. If I was a kid, I think it would be a very fun experience to learn about Vietnamese food.

Tried. Fail. Expensive for the size of the portion and just not very tasty period still on the hunt for good hibachi in Burlington.

Terrible. Just got a steak Bahn Mi to-go and there was probably less than 2 oz of steak on the sandwich. To top it off, the 3 little pieces of steak on the sandwich were inedible because they were nothing but gristle and appeared to have been reheated. All other parts of the sandwich were good but will not be returning.

Saw the good reviews and decided to try it out. I got a pork Bahn mi sandwich and hibachi chicken. The Bahn mi was unfortunately inedible, with very hard bread and unsavory bologna-esque meat. The rice wasn't very good but it was at the very least edible. This may have just been a bad experience but I unfortunately will not be coming back.

The food is average. The pho was salty for me. The owner caught an attitude withbme cause i asked him is the ban mi sandwhich is still comin. I asked this cause we placed out order and 10 minutes later came another person who ordered and got her food the same time as mine but my girlfriend didnt get her food. So when i asked him about my sandwich. He said it was till cookin and said in a nasty voice. Its still cookin, what do you want me to do? Then finished mumbling under his breathe. Sounded like he was talking trash about me. Then the sandwhich had very little chicken in it. I counted 7 diced chicken pieces. This place is not worth me coming back especially with the bad attitude service. I shouldnt get chastise for asking a question about my order.

I like the Pho and the Thai tea. We had a Bahn Mi but it was mostly overly toasty bread. The gentleman is nice. The prices however are kind of outrageous for what you get.

As someone who usually drives to gso to get some Pho, I really appreciate that we have Saigon in Burlington. I’ve eaten here a few times and also got them delivered through doordash and they never disappoint.I usually get the combo pho, banh mi, fresh spring rolls and their fried spring rolls. Which I think are all excellent. Quick service, delicious foods and friendly staff. Highly recommend for someone who’s not in the mood to drive to another city for a quick pho fix!
