We have ate here several times & always good pizza but they offered us cheap mini birthday paper plates & told us that was all they had. 🤔Please buy real plates and utensils for customers!!

I just spent $66 in your restaurant. It couldn’t hurt for your staff to smile and be friendly!!!!!

Reasonable pizza at the price of a sit down restaurant that works more like a fast food venue. If Im paying this much, I would like someone to take my order at a table and to eat with proper flatware rather than disposable plastic.
Wouldn't take much to improve this but this place doesnt know what it wants to be.

My little one liked the pizza. It was made to her specifications. The staff is very nice. The restaurant is clean.
We did the take out option and didn’t feel like we waited that long for her pizza.
Also, they cut it in squares.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped here for a concert about an hour away for some good food-or so I thought. I looked at menu before arriving to get familiar with choices to figure out what I wanted, but I ended up getting was the breaded cheese, ravioli, and the garlic knots the breaded cheese ravioli tasted burnt like it was frozen, and the cheese was flavorless at the very best. The garlic knots tasted like they were frozen for sometime and I mean a long time when I say that, in addition, the garlic knots tasted like they brushed the garlic flavoring onto, the bread it was trash sauce. I hate that stuff. It tasted like I just left it out for a while and just might have dog stuff. Never go back to this place ever I'm from New York so I know what the expectation is and I have truly had better luck in your future endeavors.

Really good and hot food! Pizza loaded with toppings, great fresh made salads and spaghetti was good too. Old school food for an old school family!

The cashier, Kaleigh S. (?), was very nice, friendly and efficient. It is very nice to see that there are still young folks that know how to make customers feel welcome. The person who brought the pizza to the table was very nice and the service was quick.
The store was clean.
However: The pizza was no better than cheap frozen pizza. It was cooked perfectly but with the ingredients being chopped into the consistency of ground beef, even perfect cooking didn't help.
The pizza was bland. It cost too much for a plain cheese and 3 bucks per ingredient is theft. I hope this place is successful but there were only my son and I and another two people there on a Saturday afternoon.
I regret that I will not be going back.

I response to the owner's reply:
First, thank you for taking time to reply. However, the pizza I ordered was sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom. Paying 3 bucks each for the toppings plus the basic cost of the pizza just seems a bit extravagant. I have enjoyed the Sir Pizza restaurants down in Asheboro, NC on and off for decades. It has been years since I was there and I was looking forward to having one in my backyard, so to speak. Either my tastes have changed or the ingredients have changed in quality.
I am being honest in my assessment of the crust. I'm sure it is made fresh, but, to me, it was equal in quality and taste to a &4 Tony's frozen pizza.
I hope your Burlington establishment does well.

I just wanted to take a moment to say that there were two women closing the night we ordered. and they waited until 9:05 for us to pick up our food. First of all, they did not complain, they were friendly, and smiled. Second, Thank you so much Sir Pizza for hiring such wonderful employees that have impeccable service skills!!! third we were sad the drive thru was closed. However, the pizza as always was amazing!!!
