Rude! Went through drive-thru and asked if I could pick up a mobile order through drive-thru was told I couldn’t pick up mobile orders through drive-thru so I went in and same man who said no was there came off very rude saying I didn’t have anything and then the order finally went through their system and while it was being made he kept trying to say comments and that I misunderstood him at the drive-thru when he said “no can’t pick up online orders” I told him next time someone ask tell them there are no orders to be picked up right now and he just laughed at me, won’t ever be going to that location again! Thanks

This establishment is great. Stopped in for a bite to eat while returning from a law enforcement conference in Cherokee. Still 3 hrs from home at this point. Returned to my car to only find out the radiator fan had busted the radiator in the patrol car. The management and staff were very helpful to my coworker and I. They constantly check on us to see if we needed water or anything else. Thank you for your gestures of kindness during our misfortune.

Great food and fantastic service. My first time there today; but it definitely won't be my last.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Smithfield's of Burlington today! Delicious BBQ, tater salad, slaw and puppies. Always the best sweet tea - just like you make at home! Mr Warren and his crew gave us (and everyone) exceptional service and value. Highly recommend this establishment.
