We had a big order and we were a little hesitant on making sure our order was correct. It was very correct and delicious, once we got to the window they were quick and efficient. Thank you Smithfields Chicken for the delicious and very quick service.

The food at this location is really good and the atmosphere is just as good but the best part was Justin and how attentive he was about making sure orders came out and that they were delivered in a timely manner he made the experience that much better big shoutout to Justin.

The best fried chicken and barbecue, coleslaw, potato salad, and sweet tea.

This place was great! The employees were fantastic! They were friendly and kind! They shook hands with their customers. They checked on you, no waiting on anything here. The food was hot and fresh and came out quickly. Best run place I've been to in a long time!

I drive 20 mi just to go to Smithfield's, I have never gotten cold, burnt, or old food. You get a choice of your side besides French fries. Coleslaw is always good and fresh same with potato salad baked beans are good too. The barbecue sandwich is wonderful always clean always polite. You can keep your Bojangles.....

Smithfield’s is a wonderful place to grab some fried chicken, some pulled pork BBQ or both, like I did. Super friendly staff, very clean and modern decor and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Very friendly cashier in the drive thru, but the food was horrible. I’ve been to Smithfield’s before at different locations and have loved it, but this location was terrible. I got a chicken platter with potato salad, coleslaw and hush puppies and the banana pudding. The chicken was very overcooked as well as the hush puppies. The potato salad and banana pudding was the worst I’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

I wish we had these places in East Tennessee...it was amazing huge portions and the strips are huge and so tender .we will definitely go again when in a place that has them .
