Yesterday around 7:50 PM, I accompanied my brother while he was completing a DoorDash pickup. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. A young woman was attending the front counter when my brother provided the name for the order he was picking up. She seemed visibly annoyed. After he repeated the customer’s name, she rolled her eyes before retrieving the order.

When she returned, she placed the order on the table without acknowledgment and walked away. My brother asked if the order included a drink, but she ignored him. He approached the counter again to confirm if everything was complete, to which she replied with an irritated "yeah." When my brother inquired about the manager, we were informed that the woman was, in fact, the manager. Her justification for her behavior was that she couldn’t hear him.

I’ve visited this location a few times, and while the experiences were average, this particular interaction was unacceptable. A manager should exhibit professionalism, respect, and maturity—qualities that were notably absent in this case. As a result, neither my brother nor I will return to this establishment for any reason.

Tried to get a $1.49 candy slush but the machine was broke so I got charged $3.50 for a sprite with flavoring and nerds.

Corn dog tasted like it had been sitting under a hot light like a gas station. ⛽️

Tried to get a sweet tea and a slushee tonight and she said the swipe on my card didn’t work and told me i had to leave. i’ve worked in restaurants and you don’t do this, you simply just type in the card number and do it manually. When i asked her to try and do this she simply just said “No” ! I will not be going back to this place because of the service! I have always enjoyed there food and drinks but this is ridiculous!

This is the second time I have visited Sonic. On my first visit, my sandwich was incorrect, so I sent it back. They replaced it with another sandwich, but the meat was still cold. After sending it back again, they finally got it right. Today, I went again to order food at the drive-up stall. However, the person inside informed me that they were short-staffed and that I should either use the drive-thru or come in. I was quite disappointed and thought that this would be the last time I visit Sonic.

I'm super pissed at the fact this place sold me 14 dollars worth of vanilla ice cream ..that was supposed to be these big expensive "blast" as they say....plum pitiful....this is all we get for our money....and of course nobody answers the phone

Ordered ahead on the app. Waited awhile at the drive-in area (per the app) just to be acknowledged. Was told they would be right with me. After waiting another 5 minutes or so, I was told to come thru the drive thru for faster service. Went thru drive thru and was told that yes, our order was ready. Food was cold and tasteless. Sonic has GOT to do better if they want to stay open!!
