The young man taking our order was nice and friendly I had the meatloaf, sweet potatoes casserole and salad. It was all fresh, hot and delicious. No wait time on a Thursday night at 7 pm. I could see that they did a lot of take out orders. This was our first visit. There was four of us total. We will be back! You place your order at the counter, get your food, then sit down. No waiter. No tipping. The only disappointment I had was that there was no fried chicken on the menu. Please add this to the menu! Thank you for providing a good delicious meal! Babs

Had been a fan but will spend another dollar in this place. Order online through their website get my food and it was not what I ordered. They tell me it came through door dash (I have never and never will order through door dash) and they offer no apology for the mess up. Ask for refund and the guy tells me even if I wanted to give you a refund I wouldn’t. Please don’t go here if you want what you pay for without the attitude. Never again.

This Restaurant has another location at: 3281 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215 , Tel: (336) 226-0791, and that is the location that we had gone to get food for taking home from them. They do have Dining in the Restaurant, but we were there for Take Out. The Restaurant is located in an outdoor mini strip Mall, and the Restaurant was very clean inside, and the customer service was friendly, and the prices are good for what you receive, and mostly the food was VERY GOOD, and everything that we ordered was absolutely Homemade Food. We were glad to find this Restaurant and will be back again to order other Entrees and Desserts to try. They have a big menu of nice selections to choose on. The Food was not over seasoned, but was just right in taste and seasoning. We enjoyed our meal at home from our take out order from this Restaurant. The Food tastes like the ingredients are wholesome and fresh from the Farm, it reminded us of when we visit the Farms in Lancaster, PA with the Amish Cooking "Real" Fresh Food, it is certainly worth the trip to try this Restaurant, and they have plenty of inside seating.

Current and future customer's BE ADVISED, the name of this restaurant may be "It's all good: Southern Kitchen" but you will by no means experience or receive that true southern hospitality. I am taking the time to give this review in hopes most if not all who "google" this location read this. Mother's Day weekend 13MAY2023, my wife ordered the following side items at 5:21pm 12MAY2023 to be picked up 13MAY2023 for our Mother's Day get together. A la Carte - Feed four Fixin' (pickup) Southern Green Beans quantity 2, Mac n' Cheese quantity 2, Grandma's Banana Pudding (feed four x2) and Buttermilk Cornbread Dozen. The total came to $74.93 and we did utilize the coupon "PICKUP" which saved us a total of $7.49, then we left a $11.24 tip. We paid for the items prior to pickup. Once the items were ordered my wife received a confirmation text which stated: "Order Alert from: Thank you for your purchase. Your order will be ready on 5/13/2023 at 11:00am at It's All Good: Southern Kitchen 3281 South Church Street Burlington, NC 27215. Please visit your order page for more information or to opt out from SMS messages." Upon my arrival I did notice the open time for the new location was 4:30pm. I was concerned as I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to pick up our order for our Mother's Day get together. I tried to open the door and it was locked. I drove to the previous location thinking it would be a location for pickups outside of the restaurant hours. There were signs up at the previous location stating the new location change. I did go back and knocked on the door. I noticed a lady stand up and see me at the door and sat right back down. I continued to knock until she came to the door, as she approached she was disgruntled that I continued to knock and stated, "Sir we don't open until 4:30pm, if you would like to come back" at this point I interrupted and stated "Ma'am, I have an online order to pickup" and did allow her to see the order confirmation on my phone. She then asked the gentleman inside if she had an order in my wife's name and the gentleman was frustrated the order may have not come through properly. The lady stated "ok Sir, we apologize and we will get that ready for you, please give us a little bit." I waited for 15 minutes for the order to be made and once made asked if we could receive a discount or gift card for the inconvenience (mind you the system created the inconvenience). She stated she could not offer a discount at this time and I explained due to the price and the wait, with both of us confused on why our order was an anomaly she stated she would ask the manager. Of course she came back and stated that they could not offer any compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience I asked if they treat all of their customers this way. She replied "Sir, you arrived 15 minutes ago and we got your order ready that fast." I explained to her that the system was not the customers fault but the wait time along with all that went along with my experience should be compensated even when my situation was abnormal was all the more reason to at least offer me a discount even after we previously paid and left a tip! This store clearly did not offer me the discount nor did they want to compensate for my time. It's a little upsetting when my wife and I try our best to create a decent Mother's day weekend for our family and for me to be gone for so long on training events with the Army (away from family 6weeks to sometimes 6 moths at a time) that when you come back to your hometown to be treated as such. I will not be back and hope all take the time to read this. I am a out of the box person and try to give the story on both sides the benefit of the doubt and tell it as I see it but this was not a great experience at all and especially from a company who you would think would offer southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The food was awful it included sour cream in the potatoes, soupy dressing, sugar taste in the green beans, and slices of “sheet” cake that wasn’t eatable! I called the manager to complain because I have eaten their food before it was good then. He only ARGUED with me. I will NOT do business again with them.

It's All Good really changed a lot during the pandemic. Before, it was a dine-in restaurant where a server would wait on your table. As of my last visit, it is a order counter where you order, and when they food is ready you can pick it up for take-out, or limited dine-in. The food was still great, but refills on beverages were a bit more difficult. I think the prices should be a little lower when it is no longer a wait staff-assisted dine-in restaurant.

I ordered a couple of lunches for myself and my son, primarily to be supporting a good local business but also as a special treat after eating by myself for two months. We both had meat loaf, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and cornbread--a quintessential Southern meal. A charming young woman took my phone order, and a charming young man handled it when I came to pick it up. The food was marvelous, plenteous, balm to the soul. Every component was cooked and seasoned just right. I'm very grateful to those folks who continue to offer such delicious food during this strange time.

I was with a group yesterday that visited “It’s All Good” in Burlington, NC for lunch. The food was excellent as was the service! I highly recommend it! It was a little hard to find (not marked well on the building), but well worth the effort to find it!

Food was good and service was fast. Just missing that great mark. I had meatloaf, squash and mac and cheese. All were good not great.

I had not been to It's All Good in a long time because my previous experience there was less than satisfactory. Suprisingly, It has gotten worse, I ordered a turkey and swiss sandwich which consisted of a cold slice of cheese and turkey on cold dry toast, no mayo, mustard, dressing etc. The cup I was given for water was so small it was empty after two swallows. I know why I haven't been there in a long time and don't plan to ever go there again.

Service was great. Food not so much. The most disappointing aspect was the fact the bill did not reflect pricing on menu. When you order meals priced around 8.50 and the bill says 10.00 it tends to tick you off. This was our first and last visit.

Service was good. Meal came out fast. Not much salt or spice on the good but tastes good. Not high quality but a decent meal. Portions were good.

I am glad that others had a 5 star experience, but mine was not. Service was good, ordered Coke wasn't fountain carbonated tasted flat like came out of a liter bottle. Ordered hamburger steak but before I did specifically asked if they carried A1. Said they did so I ordered. Brought a look a like bottle to the table which I said this is not A1. Said it was and what they had and called A1. The portion of meat was small which I was glad because I couldn't eat it. Potato salad was very good which is what I ate. The old cliche "you only have one time to make a first impression" still remains true, and sadly it was enough to be my first and last visit.
