Service was extremely slow, long wait even with a mobile order and employees were very sluggish. The porch and bathrooms were dirty also

Dirty - litter and crumbs on floor and outside, and it smells like the floors were mopped with dirty water. Service was also slow.

Service is consistently slow unfortunately even when no line. Rather drive thru or app. Out of things on app but in person available? Better to head to Harris Teeter Starbucks or different option.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DOZEN MOBILE ORDERS AND HAVE A CUSTOMER STANDING AT THE COUNTER FOR 15 MINUTES AFTER CHARGING $10 FOR AN EXPRESSO.

Super friendly and fast, perfect drink
I did an online order and got a mango dragonfruit refresher with 2 scoops of dragonfruit inclusions with a chocolate croissant which they said online they had, I pulled up 13 min later and sent my fiancé in to get, and he said he walked in they were just standing there, not even starting on the order? When there was no one in the drive through nor inside?? Anywho well then they said they were out of chocolate croissants… ofc and they would put the money back on my gift card ( hours later.. it’s still not there) and they kept questioning my fiancé acting like they couldn’t make my stuff, and didn’t know what it was? So stole money and couldn’t even make my stuff right?

This location is a hot mess. I appreciate Starbucks Corporate for rectifying the unfortunate experience we had here. There are too many Starbucks to return to one that is poorly run.

Every time I come it’s rare they have Cold brew? I don’t understand why they run out. I always try to avoid coming to this location because of it.

We don’t even get to experience this Starbucks since they were sold out of almost everything! Sure, you could order a cold brew but if you wanted to add any cold foam or sweetener you are out of luck! Just a guy trying to stay caffeinated while traveling! Onward I go!

A Cup of Memory & Magic
Walked into Starbucks and without thinking twice, I ordered my all-time favorite: Mocha Chocolate Chip Frappuccino. It’s not just a drink for me it’s a memory.
I first had it back in 2022 at the University of Illinois, introduced to me by someone who meant a lot..my ex-girlfriend. Ever since then, it’s been a comfort flavor, a little sweet reminder of good times and warm people.
This time, I shared the experience with my cousin visiting from London for the first time. Watching him love the same drink made me smile like passing on a little memory wrapped in a Starbucks cup.
Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, sometimes it’s not just about the drink, it’s about what it reminds you of.
Thank you, Starbucks baristas for being a small part of so many big stories.

The wait time was long just to order. Nobody at the register. The advertisement items they no longer sell😡 horrible bathroom 😢 tables im the restaurant were filthy.
