This location of Starbucks has to be one of my favorites, the staff are all so friendly and I love Naomi she is the sweetest barista!

Picked up my mobile order at the drive-thru. The lady with pink hair just handed me my drinks without saying a word. I said “thank you,” and she didn’t even respond. Not expecting much, but a little basic courtesy would be nice.

I normally don’t leave google reviews but I go to Starbucks all over town and this one here has the most amazing crew! They are always happy and friendly! They make me so welcome especially when I am having a bad day!!! So today I thought I would let them know just how much I appreciate them!!!

Drive through woman just held their arm out “here ya go” with a smug rude face on with her head forcefully turned not to look at us.
For context, this was an online order, all we said was “Thank you” really nicely.

Just recently moved here & this Starbucks is the closest to me. Everyday this week, my order is either completely wrong or when I ask for them to add the stuff I paid for, they do, but they don’t add the right stuff.
A few mins ago I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, double, like the cup with caramel, cold foam & caramel drizzle. None of the caramel was ever added. Got them to remake but instead of actually doing that, the guy just added toffee into the cup. It’s the worst tasing coffee ever. And this is an everyday thing. And before someone says “take it back”… how about just make it right. The ingredients are literally on the sticker on the cup. Stop being lazy & make what people spend their hard earned money on.

Ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espress (had many times before in other locations) and I got a drink that does not looks or tastes what it should. When I asked about it, they told me they can remake it and came back with the same drink. They told me because I asked for light ice, they put more milk in it :( note: if I wanted more milk in it, I would have asked for it or for a different drink.

Horrible Sevice in drive thru on Sunday morning. Rep initially rejected a Venti ice water order with a Venti Latta, then back tracked, and said she thought it was only ice order. Service was horrible from there on. This particular drive thru service personnel could use training on self control and serving customers not from her neighborhood.

I went through drive thru my drink was wrong so I went in to get a remake the entire staff never said anything to me.. I noticed it wasn’t busy so I wasn’t sure what happened to the customer service friendliness..I had to wave my hands in the air to get someone attention.. some guy blankly asked if I wanted a refund I said no!! I would like someone to remake the drink.. I asked did he want the drink back he was like no you can have it.. I throw it away.. no apology no anything!!!!

The service here sucks. Especially if u are a deliver food driver. No body greets you. No body bothers to ask why you are standing there like a knot on a log. Twice in one week I went in there got the same non service attitude. And for the life of me why do want to pay those prices for a cup of coffee. Starbucks at the mall SUCKS.
