Terrible service nobody would come to the window and give me an idea of how long it was going to take. There were only two cars in front of us and it still took 30 minutes and we never even got our order.

2nd time coming to give it the benefit of the doubt. 1st time I left because I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes and it never moved. Second time I’m going on 25 minutes and I’m sitting here. 3 cars have drove off.

This location is consistently very slow. I’ve given it several chances (six visits in total), but the service hasn’t improved. If you’re considering ordering a Frappuccino, don’t bother—you’ll essentially get an iced coffee instead. Disappointing experience overall.

Ordered ahead while on my way to an out of town appointment. Got there and my breakfast sandwich was ready, but I waited 10 minutes for my drink. By then, my sandwich was cold. Not sure what the hold up was for the drink as there were over 10 employees behind the counter, but only one poor employee making all the drinks. Perhaps the overly efficient sandwich heater person could have helped the drinks catch up to the 12+ (I counted)cooling sandwiches cooling off on the counter. Won't be returning to that location.

U try to take my money , the service sucks I was gonna pay for food which I did anyways and had to ask to unlock the bathroom, only Starbucks closes at 7pm I wish I can give them zero stars

Mia the manager was rude. Very distasteful energy. I spent my money on two of the bacon cheese breakfast sandwiches. I returned them because the bread was extremely hard. I took an extremely small bite out of one. She was rude during the return process because I was not interested in having them remade but instead just wanted my money back. She then begins to tell me about how much she eats the sandwich and is just fine. So I begin to state I have eaten the sandwich and previously enjoyed it. She then begins to state if I return the sandwich will be the same. I stated “I will not be returning”.. unnecessary and unprofessional back and forth. A MANAGER, should just honor the company’s policy and apologize for the customers inconvenience (I did have to waste my time driving back to the location) and allow them to receive their refund not try to go tic for tack and try to insult the customers intelligence on what they like or used to from Starbucks.

I enjoy the Chapel-hill location but will never return to this one. Ever. Customer service needs some work for sure. That type of energy will send a loyal customer away fast especially if is this customer very first time even making a return is not something that is purposeful done. Would not recommend!

Rude lady with glasses kicks you out if you sit down and don’t buy anything within 30 minutes. What if you’re waiting on someone? Your customer service is bad. Your tables are unclean and so are your bathrooms. Good thing there’s a Dunkin and Sheetz close by for all my coffee needs.
