I also agree that this is the; slowest; Starbucks; I've ever been to. Waited at least 15 mins in the drive thru with some cars sitting at the window for 5 mins each. It's supposed to be fast service folks. Clean up and improve, get better people, something.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Will never be coming back again, and would advise anyone to find another store as well. I was the only person in line “ in the store” ordered my drink then 14 minutes later still did not have it. They only focus on the drive through. Horrible place and a complete waste of my time

This is the second time we have gone to this location, waited 20 minutes to be told it would be 15 more before we could get our drinks. We had to cancel and go somewhere else, but THEN, you can’t get out of the parking lot. Terrible setup and terrible service.

If you are in a hurry at all. Drive 15 minutes further to a different Starbucks, you'll still save time. Everytime we order here. Same thing.

We always use the drive through. The window person is usually friendly. The drinks are correctly prepared 90% of the time.

I have to change my review. The past couple of months the service has gotten bad. They are slow the way they fix the orders is off and there seems to be no system. Then I go in there ans people walking around but the lone long. I make an online order it tells you the time but when I get there I still have to wait 15 to 20 more minutes. I was going there everyday for months then Something happened one day where there was all new people because they were training and since then down hill. I won't be going back. Ill make my coffee. I was spending 80.00 or more everyt two weeks or more. Im good many places have bad customer service and I can make my own coffee, my own burger and fries pretty much anything I want at home. So that's what Im starting to do because the best customer service is at home.

Never get my order right and I come with my wife almost everyday and never gets the grilled cheese on there. Majority of the time I have to pay twice because they didn’t get the grilled cheese on there

By far the worst location in the county. Guaranteed 10 min wait on pick up even if the store/parking lot is empty. Drive the extra couple miles to the Mebane one or University parkway one. You will regret going here.
