Ordered ahead while on my way to an out of town appointment. Got there and my breakfast sandwich was ready, but I waited 10 minutes for my drink. By then, my sandwich was cold. Not sure what the hold up was for the drink as there were over 10 employees behind the counter, but only one poor employee making all the drinks. Perhaps the overly efficient sandwich heater person could have helped the drinks catch up to the 12+ (I counted)cooling sandwiches cooling off on the counter....

Matt was so nice and went above and beyond when we visited! He put cute stickers on our drinks and even helped when we ordered our coffee wrong. Every barista we’ve had here has been so kind but Matt really made our day! ❤️

The whole crew is super friendly! Always timely with food/drink delivery, cafe looks clean, bathrooms tend to look very clean as well! Shoutouts to Kirsten, Matt, Roni, Haven, the store manager, Renee, and the newest addition, Mia! You’re all rockstars! Keep up the good work!
