Don’t get me wrong, my sandwich was good but could’ve used a little bit more meat. They barely put any tuna on the sandwich.

Food was fresh but i would think an empty restaurant with zero customers at lunch time would be a little more enthusiastic about having a customer. Nobody spoke. Four people working, one lone customer. Instead they laughed and joked with each other in another language for a bit then someone walked up to me no eye contact or anything just put on the plastic gloves and stared at me. So i asked hi how are you, i don't think he responded.
Any way, places where they don't care about the customers i tend to stay away from but the food wasn't bad except the brown lettuce which i skipped

DO NOT GO HERE!! Me and my friend went here for lunch and we saw the guy that made our sandwiches sneeze into his hands then open the bread fridge and touch all the bread with no gloves and without cleaning his hands after sneezing into them. Me and friend have thrown up from eating the cross contaminated food.

This place would never get your order right. Ordered off Uber eats and they’ll forget to give you 1-2 Whole Foods. Legit ordered a sandwich, cheese and chicken dipper, footlong cookie and chips. Only the sandwich and dippers arrived.

They actively try and rip you off at this location. There are many options for subs with 2x cheese. These are priced with 2x cheese in mind. That said 👏 they will ask what cheese you want, and if you respond "the 2x cheese that comes on the sub" they will try and sneak only a single layer of cheese. If this discrepancy is pointed out to them they will only give you TWO extra slices 😤. I've worked at a few subways and a footlong sub comes with 4 slices of cheese. 2x4 is neither 4 or 6. Anything less that 8 is robbery. This may sound petty lol me complaining over 2-4 pieces of cheese but with prices on food being what they are... . Either way I've gone here multiple times giving them many chances but they are hellbent on taking from you more than what you pay for . And that's not fair to anyone 😕 you deserve better than a sneak thief. Skip this location

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location. Upon entering, I witnessed employees displaying highly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior towards a customer who seemed to differ from them. Not only did they make disparaging remarks related to the recent election, but their attitudes were rude, hostile, and entirely unacceptable. The way they treated this customer was clearly discriminatory, and it was shocking to witness in this day and age.

Subway should be a welcoming environment for all, and it is incredibly disheartening to see such hate on display. I will be reporting this incident to corporate, as this type of behavior should not be tolerated at any level. Hate has no place in any establishment, especially not one that serves the public.

The subs and service are fine. The downtown Burlington location sometimes draws a seedy crowd. I always go here with friends. I do not choose it as a "go to" stop when I'm alone.

The food is great except the people get in to big of a hurry and don't listen to what the customer ask. And please don't order the churros ,the foot long pretzel,because they are so hard you would break your teeth trying to take a bite.

Ordered 2 foot longs and a kids meal. Kids meal was missing a drink and I had to come back inside. Subs bread was switched and the ingredients inside the sub were mixed up.
