I love going here to eat Dosa but for some reason last time when I went their dosa was not upto the mark, not sure if they changed the chef. Greensboro taaza is always on point!

We have been going here for years. Even before they moved. And the food was great. But the last couple times we have been the food in super oily and when you say no spicy it was way to hot for me eat. They alao forgot half my food.

I absolutely love Taaza Indian Bistro in Burlington! It's always easy to get a table, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out hot and fast. I adore the Lamb Tikka Masala and Naan, and the Old Monk or Haywards 5000 beer pairs nicely with my meal every time. The service is consistently excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the food is very tasty. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and we visit frequently. Highly recommend!

Had been to Taaza Bistro and i would like to say that i was very impressed with its exceptional Indian fare. The **Lamb Chops** were a standout – tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced with a smoky tandoori char that made each bite irresistible. The **Tandoori Salmon** was equally delightful, cooked to perfection with a beautifully balanced marinade that highlighted the natural flavors of the fish.
To top it off, their **Filter Coffee** once again stole the show – rich, strong, and the perfect finish to a superb meal. Taaza Bistro never disappoints with its well-executed dishes and warm service!

Dined here for the first time recently during lunch and to my surprise there was a buffet. A neat little discovery suddenly had my taste buds happy. I've worked at an international vegan restaurant before and half the menu included Indian food which I grew to love. I tried a bit of everything from the buffet but my faves were vegetarian biryani, pakora, rice kheer, naan (came out hot! And so yummy!) and the tea. I'll definitely return to try more in hopes of finding more tasty foods I'll enjoy!
