Okay seriously i tried to refrain from leaving a review but its becoming way too frequent. WHY is every taco shell always broken? Like seriously, I haven’t had a good taco from this taco bell yet. The attitudes and wait is already enough but why my taco have to be broken and sloppy every visit? Do better ugh. And there is never any lemonade. I’m pregnant and the soda gives me heartburn. Stop being lazy and replace the lemonade. I visited at 11pm , you close @3am. That is ridiculous!

The ordering was fine, the waiting for the order? Not so fine. We had to also pull up and back in the line for some reason. We bought five items. The tea was great, the limited edition Flaming hot burritos tasted COMPLETELY different.

Food is what you expect from Taco Bell. But the service… they need to fire the entire staff and start new. Got my food in a decent enough 5 minute wait. Guy threw the bag down and walked away without giving me my drink cup. He was arguing with 2 other guys in the kitchen so he must not have heard me when I mentioned i haven’t gotten my cup. Another guy was already waiting for his so he just walked behind the counter and got it himself. Ridiculous service and people working here. Will not return

Person running drive through Said give me a minute waited there for over 5 minutes so I drove away without ordering only to see there wasn’t even a car ahead of me in the drive through. Also no one inside so what were they doing? I drove around the building to see the person that was behind me getting their order taken already. So I tried calling to speak to a manager and no answer this place is literally terrible and it was the only good Taco Bell we had left. I saw 2 heavy set black women through the window when I drove by doing nothing. They need a whole new staff/management

The worst service I've ever had in my life and if u don't believe look back on ur camera ole girl in the window just standing there while I'm at the front counter no one in line no one but my car in the drive thru with my wife in it picking up to go order forgot the drinks so went inside just to basically get them to hand me a couple cups girl in the window wouldn't take my order and dude in the back just staring at me watch the tape what a bad place to even try and eat the food was sub par crunch wrap with no crunch for 40$ never ever spend ur money here I'm 💯

Sat inside for 10 mins today while noone is in drive thru or inside eating and 10mins later still could not even order just the 2 drinks I came in for crappy place crappy workers with crappy food if u eat its on u

The device is awful. They are hateful and short with their answers. I asked for Mild Sauce and she pointed to the condiments section. I told her there was no Mild sauce out there…attitude!! Don’t ever go there and eat if you want good service and just plain good manners.
