This was a terrible experience at taco bell. When we first pulled up and got out someone was being dropped off for work and the vehicle smell very strongly like Marijuana, that's when we should have left. It took 35 minutes to get our food. There about 10 customers that came in after us and they all got there food before us and half and already ate and left. When we asked to speak to a manager they sent someone that obviously wasn't the manager. I don't even think there was a manager there. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn't authorize that. (So that's why I don't think they were a manager). Once we got our food it was wrong so we asked them to correct it. They made it wrong again. When asked for a refund again they said they couldn't give us one unless we gave them all the food back. The only reason I left a one star is because thats the lowest I could to be able to post. Every person except 2 people that was working there seemed to be high.

I came to this Taco Bell around 8:50 PM to pick up a DoorDash order, and the experience was frustrating enough to make me not want to return to this location. I wasn’t dining in—just grabbing an order—but the way things were handled left a bad impression.
When I arrived, I saw an older couple had just walked in, so I assumed the lobby was open. A couple of minutes later, I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I thought maybe it was just one door, but the other entrance was locked too. A female employee saw me standing outside but ignored me and continued with what she was doing. After a while, I had to wave at the older couple inside, hoping they might let me in, but they didn’t respond. Finally, I waved at the employee again, and she eventually unlocked the door.
When I told her I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, she said the lobby was closed. This was confusing because there was no clear signage, and I had no way of knowing. On top of that, many fast-food locations require delivery drivers to pick up orders inside rather than through the drive-thru, so I was trying to avoid wasting time.
Unfortunately, this delay caused my DoorDash stats to take a hit because the order ended up being late. It also didn’t help that once I was finally inside, it took a while for someone to assist me at the register. The whole experience felt unorganized and unwelcoming, and the lack of communication really threw things off. I’m not planning to return to this location—it’s just not worth the hassle.

Everything was good except the employees that were making food were horse playing and touching the ceiling with food gloves on. Let the manager know, and she immediately handles the situation very respectfully.

just straight up disgusting. my taco fell apart AS SOON as i picked it up. and no seasoning on my fries??

This Taco Bell has gotten unbelievably slow. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes after ordering to get your order.
