5 stars all around and the Manager, I think her name was Britney, was so nice and suggested a wine I like! Which is hard to do because I’m a novice and still expanding my palate lol. Will be trying again!

The atmosphere was the best part about our visit. It is warm, inviting and sophisticated in decor. The service was ok, as our server was friendly but I think she knew the food was not up to par and somewhat avoided asking us how we enjoyed the food. We did not enjoy it. We were hungry and we paid for it so we ate it but in hindsight it was kind of bad. I do not recommend either their crab cakes or the baked Brie. For wine and conversation, this may be a nice place to visit as their list is extensive, but I would suggest heading elsewhere for eating.

Tanner’s Wine bar is a lovely gem in downtown Burlington. Excellent wine list, elevated food choices, and professional service. The vibe is relaxed but elegant, with pleasant live music on Fridays. We recently moved to this area from Durham and are delighted to have discovered such a nice spot.

Outstanding service without being invasive, the right kind of vibe to make it relaxing but still upbeat, prices reasonable for wine bar.

Lovely ambient downtown Btown spot that lets you calmly and casually enjoy the cleverly composed flavors of these elegant small plates. It’s a nice change of pace, not having monster servings that you have to box up. Desserts are great as well. Really looking forward to the upcoming mixed drink menu, and hopefully an expanded beer selection and more wines by the glass.

Love music was great, but the space was so small it was a bit overwhelming. I would not go there to catch up with friends if it is a live music event.Drink coctails were great. Food portions were very small. Deserts were great and tasty.

They do what they do very well. Well priced wide variety and cost of bottles and small well priced and diverse plates and shareables in an intimate setting.I would love to see it a little dimmer, and moodier with cocktails or high end bourbon/gin/tequila and only local fresh ingredients and really let their kitchen bend the limits of creation but I am absolutely excited to return.

The ambience is nice, beer is always fresh, they have tapas style appetizers beyond delicious & very satisfying.. Burrata one of my favorites, soba noodles delicious, the "salmon" w/ capers fantastic.. if you're looking for a nice place to relax & unwind this place is for you We've come to enjoy the music saw Jill & Bill their music is fun, and definitely puts you in good spirits, Love their style. ** another noteworthy Entertainer is "Rhonda Robichaux she truly makes her guitar sing with bluesy / Jazz type music and fantastic voice... you should visit this place, you won't be disappointed

A nice addition to Burlington. Music on the weekends, a nice menu of small dishes, and a great wine selection. Good parking at the lot next door, and a wonderful change from the usual places in town that are fast food, loud, chains, or rudimentary. Prices aren't cheap, but have always felt it is worth it.
