They forgot my salad in my online order. Then when I went back to get it, they stuck a receipt INSIDE my salad box which is disgusting and unsanitary.

Great food, great service. They need to improve their outside waiting area. And it would be nice if they implemented a new reservation process.

The food is EXCELLENT and the atmosphere would be better if the music was at a lower volume.

Our food was delicious! Our waitress Serenity was top notch! We’ve eaten here before but we’ll ask for her table from now on!

We had a party of 9 for my cousin birthday. We had the worst service ever. We never received refills on our drinks. All of our food was disgusting. This place has went down so much since it’s been opened. We used to come here 2 times a week. We will not be coming back anymore this place is ridiculous.

I visited Texas Roadhouse at 1651 Glidwell, Burlington, NC, and I am deeply disappointed with the service and food quality. We arrived at 3:46 PM, but our food didn't arrive until 4:16 PM. When it finally came, the steak was lukewarm, the shrimp was cold, and my cheeseburger was served medium raw instead of well done.

After raising these issues, I was offered a new cheeseburger and steak, but 30 minutes later, the steak was still unsatisfactory, and the burger was overcooked. The manager’s attitude was dismissive, which only added to my frustration. I even had to wait a long time for my A1 steak sauce. To top it off, I was given a mere $10 discount after such a long wait.

The tea I received tasted like weak water, and despite sending it back three times, it kept coming back just as bad. Even our server acknowledged the trouble, yet the restaurant continued to serve it. I felt neglected and hungry while waiting for a resolution. No one offered to refund my meal or check on us properly.

Overall, I cannot recommend this Texas Roadhouse location, especially for travelers. It’s disheartening to feel overlooked and undervalued as a customer. I am requesting a full refund for my meal, as this experience was far from acceptable.

Busy location, they give you a page to let you know to be seated, then you check in and they let you know to wait back in line; you go back after 10-15min and ask what’s going on. Did you get text, yes earlier and you show the page; you then notice you are no longer on the list and they work you in…. Confusing, tables not wiped down, menus dirty with food particles. Food was cold and serve subpar. But a steak and cook it yourself.

I would have given this place 1 star, but Layla was fantastic and helped me with our food. My wife wanted her first meal after birth to be steak, so I stopped by for takeout. When I got back to the hospital, I found that both steaks were nearly raw when we ordered medium rare.

The waitress was really nice, but the food was terrible. How can you even call yourself a steakhouse when your steak taste like that will never come back I will just go to Longhorn from now on worst steak I’ve ever had in my life and hamburger. My husband hoarder the hamburger and he said it had no flavor at all, and my steak was just all fat And I don’t even know How you could call yourself a steakhouse the waitress was the only good experience about the whole place
