I keep trying to love this shop because the inside is so cute the coffee is just so bad, I got a vanilla cold brew with a splash of milk this time, but it was weak with a horrible after taste. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but every single time I’ve gotten a coffee from here it’s been terrible.

Me and my wife would come here to sit and have coffee every Saturday morning for month and just talk and spend time together but since there is a new owner I can say we will not be going back again the coffees tasted water down the good you could taste that the food was no good my wife said the bread tasted sour the eggs tasted like it was just sitting around than heated maybe prepared as well as the sausage all this along with the long wait due to not having the staff to be efficient how it was in the past is disappointing compared to the previous owners we now have to find a new go to place for our Saturday morning coffee dates due to decrease in quality in service and food with a increase in price

I've been frequenting this place for some time now, I even have a loyalty account but I was told that I needed to buy something before using the restroom today. I get that you don't want to let everyone use your restroom but refusing a "regular" is a bad look

This has been my spot for years, I loved the coffee and the bagels. Last time I was here I was greeted by the new owners and I was extremely disappointed by their attitudes. Nothing has been the same ever since the previous employees have left. I will NOT be coming back to this spot ever again.

Hey, so I’ve had a quite a bit of experiences like this when I come to the shop and I usually let it slide but this time I decided to say something so maybe y’all can work on it. First off when I walked into the door, the young barista didn’t even smile at me. I tried to ask ask how she was and she interrupted me to ask what I wanted she had such a stink face like she wanted to be anywhere but at work and I understand it was probably a long day, but you can at least muster up a fake smile. You don’t have to be rude. Second of all, I ordered some type of sweet ice drink, and it tasted like they poured milk into a cup.. there was no flavor and this has happened quite a bit some days my coffee would taste sweet and good and then the other days I go get the same one and it has no flavor.. I think it’s because people are measuring wrong. I noticed y’all pour syrups into the cup and I think y’all need to get pumps or something so people can measure better because obviously people are all measuring wrong and that’s why my drinks always taste different when I come in. I actually had to go to another local shop and get more sweetener into my coffee because how bad it tasted.. I don’t like spending six bucks on a coffee that doesn’t even taste good. Y’all are such a cute little coffee shop and everybody’s usually really sweet when I come in n my coffees are usually amazing but there are certain people who always work and when I come in something goes wrong.
