The costumer service was astoundingly terrible when I went. Not only did they mess up our order, they were incredibly impatient when asked politely to fix it. A barista named Liz was taking our order, when she put the wrong ingredients on the bill, overcharging us. When asked to fix it, she (without saying a word) grabbed the incorrect number of coins from the register and handed it over and was then annoyed when I asked for the correct amount back. She then said she would tell the other barista to fix it so that the order was correct and never did. Then the other barista had to remake the whole thing. I am disappointed that the customer service is so outright rude and frankly shocked at how I was treated.

Asked for HOT latte. They steamed the milk for 10 seconds and called it a day. I’m drinking not even warm milk mixed with weak espresso shot. Great interior decor but mediocre service.

The atmosphere of the coffee shop is very nice. I ordered two large drinks and one bagel and the total was $26. The speciality lattes are truly delicious. I am a little apprehensive to order the bagel again though. It was burnt on one side, so I only was able to eat half. I wish I had opened the to-go box before I left the shop because I would have brought it to the attention of the staff. I was surprised they would be okay with packing burnt food.

The rudest baristas. Called our order the wrong thing, someone else took it. When they finally figured it out 10 minutes later the other customer tried to give it back to us. No thanks on the cold egg bagel.. then they tell us they only have 2 croissants left when we saw the entire tub of full of bagels. They didn’t even have the common decency to make us a new one and insisted we take that one.

Wife and I visited for the first time. To start the Baristas were very rude and short, which we didn’t mind at first… We ordered two smoothies and an egg and cheese bagel. Smoothies came out quick and are ok, but the bagel did not. After watching people who’d ordered after us get their orders I asked where ours is after 15 min. They tell me they’re still making it. 5 mins later I ask again and this time they tell me someone else has taken it. The person who took it was standing there, hears our conversation, opens our box to look, closes it and says oh hey this is yours. The baristas didn’t even offer to make it fresh. Not sure who wants a cold egg bagel after being held by a stranger for 20 mins in this era of health issues and virus’s. Long story short and $35 down the drain we won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice spot to have in downtown. Enough table space near outlets to get work done. And staff is always so friendly and welcoming! My go to for coffee is Charlie Brown and it has always been great! I have also tried the egg and cheese bagel with avocado and that was delicious too. My only setback however would be how pricey it can be. For a sandwich with the add-on of avocado and medium size specialty latte, it is about $14-15, and with tip, it is coming to $16-17. I would love to keep supporting local businesses in my hometown, however with their prices, I am finding myself refraining from going there. I know they have a rewards program but I have not gotten any benefit from using it.

A hidden gem in downtown Burlington! Burlington NC has a historic downtown district that, unfortunately, not enough people take advantage of. We discovered Blend & Co. almost by accident and were blown away with how good the coffee was. They also have a light breakfast menu. I can personally recommend the Mexican Mocha and "Charlie Brown". The atmosphere is very zen and soothing and the seating is comfortable. A great place for a quick bite or to hang out and unwind.

Very chic ambience with a cozy Atmosphere. The barista was very friendly, and she made me feel very welcome. I wanted the berry Raw smoothie bowl, but they only had the chocolate bowl. Which is fine. But I wish the website had let me know that wasn't available. The smell of the coffee and the warm atmosphere was worth it.

After waiting 15 minutes for a drink with four orders still ahead of mine, I had to leave without drinks. I've never seen such slow service at a coffee shop. I usually love it here but tend to get my coffee to go on the way somewhere; I don't expect to be able to stop anymore, worried that even 15 minutes won't be long enough before I have to be somewhere. The coffee is usually very good.

Always a favorite. Love the vibe inside and the barista always gets it right when I ask for "half sweet" on any specialty drink.

I went to this coffee shop last week. They are very nice and friendly. The black and tan coffee with whole milk was delicious. I went there again today and great service once more. I tried the crème brûlée with macadamia and that was good as well. The vibe here is very relaxing and calm.
