Date night out with my Husband. He is a Captain of a local Fire Department so with his unusual work schedule a night out is great. We went to The Cutting Board at the suggestion of a fellow firefighter who raved about the salad bar. We arrived about 8:30pm and the rush of a Saturday night was dwindling so the restaurant was not buy. We ordered sodas and our waitress bought us two of each stating that she would not have to make an extra trip for a refill. We ordered Onion Rings as an appetizer and our entrees. The entrees we ordered were served with one trip to the salad bar and another side. Our waitress said she would bring us salad plates which did not come to our table it wasn't until we were standing at the salad bar that she remembered the plates. Our entrees came before the Onion Rings and when asked about the onion rings she said she forgot. As our entrees were there I said don't order them. I had ordered Petite Filet Mignon medallions. When our entrees arrived what I got was maybe (not sure) beef tips on mashed potatoes and then she tried to convince me that this was indeed what I had ordered. It was sent back. I requested a plate to take my sweet potato off the plate and said do not bother getting me something else by the time all this had happened my Husband was almost finished with his meal. After waiting again I believe a manager brought me the plate with an apology and some minutes later our waitress bought the plate not realizing that it had already been brought to me. On a positive note my Husband enjoyed his meal of Beef Tips over rice and a loaded baked potato. I will not only never go there again but will never suggest anyone else go there. The Firefighter who suggested the Cutting board and his wife said it was a wonderful restaurant. Money to go out to dinner is a luxury these days after taking care of the necessary things in life like bills to waste it on a place that seems to be hit or miss.

Got a mushroom & Swiss burger well done as always. It was so dry & crispy that I would have been embarrassed to serve it if I were the cook! Appetizers finally showed up after I had almost finished my meal. A bowl of soup was cold & was only a cup of soup for $10.00. New menus only says fair market price for All of the Steaks so you have No Idea what you’ll be charged!!! Also, they have added not 1 but 3 Supplemental Upcharges to the check & breakdown those into 3 by charging per seat instead of the entire table. What is the problem at The Cutting Board??? Serving terrible food & Making Up Charges all of a sudden??? I can see this as the Next Restaurant in town to close soon!!! 1 of the waitresses was cleaning tables & Sprayed another table with cleaning solution while still at the 1st table so it flew through the air & missed the 2nd table. And, asked for the Manager because of all of this drama & disgusting food, and the Manager never came to our table!!! If you don’t care about the customers, then the customers will Not Care & will go somewhere else with better food, service & cleaning habits!!!!!

We use to eat here all the time. One of our favorites but after today I doubt we will ever eat there again! My husband’s steak was ordered Med and came rare. Ribeye $25.99 and when ask to take it off bill they took $6.25 off of a $25.99 steak!!!

All was good. Brunch was a little confusing as some of the items were not labeled.

Not bad but needs a good freshening up. Tired looking. Food was good but not great. Open up that salad bar area so it flows with the traffic.

First time in my adult life when people were seated based on their race. One side of the restaurant was totally white, the other side was totally afro-american. Never plan on going back.

Tasteless, fatty, and thin! I'm describing mine and my Husband's steaks. We were there a week ago today for two ten ounce ribeye dinners with the salad bar. My Husband's steak was just as pink as mine, he ordered it medium well and mine was medium. Both were too pink. When we were done with what we could manage to eat, we gathered all of the fat and it was bigger than one of our steaks. Out waitress, Sammi was attentive and I have no complaints with her. I called the restaurant the next day and asked to speak with a manager. I mean we spent $80 after the tip and left so disappointed. I was told the general manager would call me back, and a week later I am still waiting. This place used to be really good 5yrs ago. As I read through all the reviews, I do not feel bad about leaving this review. The management clearly doesn't care, I am one of many that feels this way. A general manager should take more pride in the restaurant that they represent.

The food was not great. The server was awesome. They charged $4 extra for my and my daughters' salad bar with our steak when it came with 2 sides, and did not mention it it when we ordered. The salad tasted like it had chlorine on it. I told them I did not want to pay $4 extra because I didn't eat it. The manager had the waiter go get my salad off the table to inspect it before she would adjust my ticket. Just rude I thought.

If you care about the way employees are treated, you should not eat here, besides it’s not that good unless you’re just getting the salad bar.

My husband and I came in for a Valentines lunch.I was looking forward to the salad bar, that is so highly recommended. It was a disappointment and not very appealing.I ordered a baked potato with all the extra cheese, bacon etc.It had only sour cream inside. My husband ordered a burger and it came without anything else except cheese. We were told to get condiments at the salad bar…I have never heard of build your own burger yourself at a steakhouse.

Ordered cheeseburger American cheese got one with mixed cheese took back and I was brought another one immediately. This one was not very hot and well done. Tried to eat but it was charred. The bill came I was charged full price asked to see manager no one came waitress told me they took half off the price. Not returning anytime soon!
