We were treated rudely by the staff. My son ordered French toast and when he received it, the piece on top was good. The other two underneath were coated with an enormous amount of cinnamon. He tried to eat it but the cinnamon was so overpowering, it made him literally cough. When he coughed, the cinnamon actually went everywhere. Not a huge deal, right? Just let the server know. That’s how it should go in a well run, customer-focused restaurant. Not how it went at all. The first server, went to ask the manager what could be done. I even told them, I don’t want my money back and he really doesn’t want anymore of the toast (it was that bad), if you could just bring us some home potatoes that will be sufficient. Super easy, right? Nope. The second server stops by with a smart attitude and says no we can’t give you anything for free. You will have to pay for the inedible meal and whatever replacement we bring out. I was dumbfounded. I could NOT believe how nasty she was. She went on to say that the menu says there is cinnamon on the toast, you should have read the menu. I responded, yes it does, but it does not say that there is half a bottle on the toast. It was so much, it took his breath and got caught in his throat. So, I asked to speak to someone else. The THIRD lady basically said the same thing in a nicer way. I simply asked her if she was willing to lose a customer over replacing his meal with a side of potatoes. She then proceeded to call someone else who finally agreed to take the meal off the ticket. I still tipped the first waitress, not her fault. But I’m telling you it was a terrible, embarrassing experience. I’m not sure how they expect all the meals to come out perfect. Even the best restaurants make mistakes. I completely understand and would have been 100% happy if they had just said “I’m sorry, can I do anything to make it better?” If you choose to dine here , I hope your meal is the way you like it when you receive it, otherwise you will be in for a horrible experience.

I know I ordered a piece of pie to go, but half a piece? The pope was very good, but it was clearly half a piece. Young cashier acted like we inconvenienced her by asking for it today.

I have been here a few times and every time was wonderful! The food is fantastic and fairly priced, the atmosphere is very cozy, and all the waitstaff I have met are friendly. The food always comes quickly, but today it came in record time, and the parking lot was full of cars so I was quite surprised by that. Also, shout out to our server today, Tammy. She is a very kind lady, and her service was flawless :)

I have been wanting to stop here for years and finally convinced my husband. Needless to say, we won’t be back. Service was terrible!! We were ignored by our waitress for over 15 minutes after being seated. She took two other orders from tables seated well after we were. We had to flag one of the four other staff members down who were just standing around chatting just to ask if we were ever going to get a waitress. She was kind enough to apologize and get us some drinks while we waited another 10 minutes before our assigned waitress showed up. Once we finally got our order in and our food came half my food was cold and had someone’s hair in it. It took forever to flag down our waitress, who never returned to the table with the condiments I asked for, to barely ask if I wanted a replacement waffle. She also never checked if we needed refills on our empty drinks. At that point the rest of my family was done eating so I declined. She only took $2 off our $45 order which didn’t cover the cost of the waffle that I took two bites of before finding the hair in the butter. Needless to say the service was so bad that we won’t be back especially since we drove 45 minutes just to eat at The Park. I will say that what I was able to eat was fairly good and my family did like what they received. But due to the disorganization and poor service of the wait staff I can not see spending another $50, plus gas to ever return here. Extremely disappointed by our overall experience.

The wife and I went for the first time. We were a little nervous at first due to being predominantly white restaurant. Once inside was greeted respectfully and seated quick. Food came fast and was pretty good. At the end of us eating I boxed our leftovers and proceeded to the counter to get a bag to carry food in, only to be given some old used walmart bag when I noticed every one else had a white to go bag with thank you on it. I wondered why I had to tote my food out in some walmart bag and not the one they have for carry out.
