Is this place ever open? I love the food here, but the last 3 times I’ve tried to place an order over the last 2-3 months, the phone doesn’t ring and the online ordering is turned off. To whoever owns this place, you’re losing business. Get it

My favorite hibachi place in Burlington. The inside is pretty spacious and open. Food is well seasoned and big portions are given. Price is unbeatable, feeding a family of 3 with entree, drink and egg rolls less than $40. Service is excellent and delivered with soulful music playing in the background. Definitely one of my regular spots.

Food is great but the website is always down for online ordering and you cannot call to place a to go order. The phone line states "this voicemail box has not been set up" goodbye. I want to support this local business but they need to consider the fact that a lot of customers want to call ahead and order or place an order online especially for to go orders. This has been a factor in why we chose not to go there tonight.

Definitely love the value for the money in this establishment. Unfortunately they don't offer delivery anymore or the site isn't operating properly. Either way, hopefully they will have that offering again soon.

The black gentleman cook before I even walked in told me it’s closed. Basically don’t come in when it’s suppose to be open until 10 and I came in at 9. Either update your business hours or tell your guys something.

The food here is pretty good when you can get it. They say they close at 9 but that's not true. They stop taking orders at 830, so in my mind you close at 830. If people don't want to work then quit. Stop turning away money. I try to order online first at 830, it says we are not taking orders. Ok, I call next right after that, they say they are not taking call in orders. Ok I go up there, it's 840, they say we are not taking any orders because we close at 9. There are people sitting down waiting for their order as I'm walking out. It's 840, did they wait that long for their order? No you closed at 830 and are just waiting to leave. People have no work ethic anymore. The food is pretty good but not good enough to feel like my money is not good enough. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. My time is too value to be wasted by people who don't want to work. I worked in the food industry for a lot of years and we served guests until we shut down. If your were in drive thru at closing, guess what, we looked to see what the last car was and served them all until they were gone because the customers paid our salaries. I guess not these days. I guess money is so easy to come by that we can just throw the last thirty mins in the trash. You would think they would try to get some of that food cost, labor, or operating costs back but apparently not. This place is making so much money, they don't need mine. Oh well.Update: now these people don't even go by the revised hours on their own site. The site says 830. I visited at 8 pm trying to give them another shot hoping I could positively edit my post but nooooooo. It's dark in the building like nobody has been here for hours. I mean if you are closing the doors then just let me know.

The manager and cashier are great. The food tastes really good but portions vary and availability of items is inconsistent. When they're "on" it's worth every penny but when they're not it's disappointing. Call ahead.Kid-friendliness: TV usually playing kid friendly program. Dining area is spacious so kids can move around.

The poor girl working the register was running around crazy due to being short staffed. I watched her have to deal with a rude customer who didn’t understand the world didn’t revolve around her and they needed some help and she kept her cool. Great food, great prices, great service.

Very much a cookie-cutter Japanese takeout. Food was pretty good but nothing special. Lady at the counter taking orders was excellent! Very friendly. There was a little wait but not a problem. Will go again because it was close to home.Vegetarian options: Hibachi vegetable plate.

I must I was ready to try out this restaurant! But to wait 40 mins just for rice and then see someone come in behind me and get their food before me! Was quite surprising! I will not be going back to this restaurant

This is a good place to get quick, fresh, and delicious lunch. The atmosphere is kind of plain, but clean. You can order from a person or yourself using touch screen. The hibachi steak and scallops were delicious. I do not like zucchini or onions and it was easy to leave them off. I ordered my steak medium rare and wish I had ordered rare, with such smile bites, it cooks too quickly for the chef to do correctly. The scallops and vegetables were great. I will eat here again. They bring your food to you, beverages are self-serve.

It would be nice to be able to try the food so I could give an accurate review. But all I can critique is the service, or rather lack thereof. The posted closing time is 9:00 pm. I come on a Tuesday and lo and behold they are closed at 8:25 pm. I call and am told that they are closed because they are short staffed. It defeats the purpose of having a restaurant there if you can’t eat there because they will just close on a whim due to staffing. Or I could be wrong. I was under the impression that you can’t serve patrons if the doors are closed during supposed service hours. ??‍♂️
