Took about 40 mins to get my smoothies, seems like they forgot but we did receive our kids quesadilla within 15 mins.

It was a 20 minute wait for one drink and the drink wasn’t good and it was not a welcoming environment. This is also not the first time for a long wait and bad customer service.

First time at this location. The girl who took my order was great very attentive and friendly. I will say that the amount of employees that were behind the counter you would expect your food and smoothies to come out in a timely manner. The flatbread was great and very fulfilling.

It was such a relaxing visit. It was not super busy when I went. The cashier was a girl who was super nice and extremely helpful. The smoothie was really good.

They don't know how to make the smoothies. Asked them to do them twice, both times were bad. Hadas no flavor.

Dropped in today for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The smoothie was great, the chicken pesto flatbread was done right and the employees seemed to actually be enjoying their jobs! I’ll be back!

They are truly fantastic at this store I always get my food and drinks super fresh the employees are always doing something they make my experience over all fantastic greets me soon as I walk in the door plus calls my name for my orders I love the experience here i will always come back plus the man that now runs this store is truly a god sent they needed him bad this store was horrible before hand you can truly tell he has and is doing alot of great changes he's needs to be over more stores I believe he'll make ALL of them the place to be. Great service from the time we pulled up to order to the time I received my pomegranate plunge. I knew what I wanted so it wasn't an issue but the menu lights were out. Overall great visit and I'll drive from Graham again.

Shawn was so incredibly helpful and kind to us. My friend was feeling sick and our interaction with him made her day so much better. This location is so much better than Greensboro. If you have the chance, DO NOT HESITATE TO COME TO TROPICAL SMOOTHIE IN BURLINGTON NC!!

I ordered a mocha madness and a chicken pesto sandwich, just from the random craving of sweet and savory. Best smoothie I've had in a while! I absolutely loved the chocolate coffee flavor the mocha gave and the pesto was just as flavorful with the chicken, definitely coming back here again for more
