maybe I was there on an off night, but the servers kept bringing other people’s food to our table, basics like condiments and drink refills didn’t happen. broken platform tiles, dirty furniture, barback slamming metal trays in a dining room full of people. the food was fine.

Service was slow, but the server was very good. I was with a party of seven. I added chicken to the Italian salad for added $. Reasonable pricing, an excellent salad!

I just ordered potato skins and they were burnt. could not even enjoy them

Best chicken parmigiana I've had! They gave me a free dessert for my birthday, too!! Waiter was very friendly and attentive..

Very cool local spot with great lunch specials everyday until 4pm. The food is good but the service isn't the best unless you go to the bar. Bartender gets 5 stars but the other waitresses get a 3 from me

The food was excellent and prices reasonable. The service was just a bit slow and the atmosphere is just plain. Although the historical aspect is nice. We look forward to going back. A great choice for Italian!

Our meetup group went there for lunch and to be honest I didn’t find anything on the menu I didn’t want anything to my liking sorry I wish they would have served whole wheat pasta and pesto and I would be all set. I would like to see improvements on food and a makeover in the restaurant too.

Ordered Valarios Pizza, very, very good, until we saw a hair baked into the cheese.
We alerted our server, who called the manager over. The lady manager(who we've seen many times and we visit here often) came to us with an attitude. Like, we were wrong. She offered no, I'm sorry, or any sincere condolences to an already awkward situation. She took the pizza off our check. The cook came out and starred at us. I'm sad at the response and may not go back. As much as we've enjoyed this place, the customer service was horrible. I understand things like this can happen. We laughed and tried to be understanding. How do you respond to hair cooked into your food? Maybe the manager was having a bad day.

We were seated quickly, but had a bit of a wait for service on a seemingly slow day, shortly after typical lunch time.
It did appear there was a large party in another room, so that may have contributed~

Everyone was very nice, though, and anyone who walked by seemed quick to glance to see if we needed anything, even if we weren't actively checked on often?

The calamari I had was pretty good, although nothing stand out about it compared to other places.
My spouse was really into the calzone they had, though-- huge and apparently delicious- definitely looked really good!

Overall it was a fine experience and I wouldn't be upset to find myself there again, but I'm not sure if it's somewhere I would necessarily go out of my way to frequent if I were local.

Food was ok. Went there at 3 pm on friday afternoon. It is not a homemade italian food place. seems to all be bought premade items such as canned or bottled sauces and frozen or dryed pastas. it tasted ok for the price. One item of note is to look at the salt and pepper shakers. them are dirty and clogged up. see pics included.
