I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Waffle House today My friend and I came in and placed a simple order for hash browns and two waters Our waitress a woman whose name I unfortunately do not recall only brought one water When I politely asked for a soda instead she rolled her eyes and made an impatient hand gesture as if trying to rush me rather than simply asking which soda I preferred
Additionally every time I said thank you she did not respond with a you’re welcome or any acknowledgment which I find to be basic courtesy in customer service This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from this same waitress and it has become a pattern
Because of this repeated negative experience my friend and I have decided to avoid returning to this location going forward I am providing this feedback in the hope that the issue can be addressed so future customers do not encounter the same treatment

1st sight, the place is filthy! There was 1 open table that didn't have dirty dishes on it. There were just a few customers so it wasn't because they were busy. Ordered the bacon, egg & cheese bowl that had No cheese. Couldn't eat much and left food there! Gross!

Moved back home to Burlington after 31 years in Chapel Hill (so glad to leave). always went to the Hillsborough store. Loved it there. Called by pet names, Vet, LT, first name. Seen many come and go. Never had a bad meal. Fast forward to now. Burlington store has come to treat me the same. I live close by so go often and at all different time. Service is always fast except Sundays between 12 and 1, church traffic. Great hot fast food and friendly crews!!
Great food and service. Staff is amazing. They put a smile on your face and make sure you do not wait long for anything.

I arrived at Waffle House today around 12:20 pm and was instantly disgusted as I was racially profiled as soon as I walked in. I walked in accompanied by my father and boyfriend in which ALL of us are of black origin. After taking a seat at the high counter, my party and I awaited to be greeted as well as have our order taken. I was saddened to see a white man take a seat at the same counter well after us and have his order taken instantly by a waitress by the name of Cheyenne. My party and I addressed the issue and was not pleased with the outcome and ended up leaving without eating. Before leaving I asked the employees for Corporates telephone number and was ignored by all employees except for one. The young gentleman gave me corporates number as well as the store number to report my issue.

The third shift crew was fantastic, and was so awesome, friendly, and hilarious. We belt out songs and they kept us cracking up! Every one of them deserves a raise! Always loved the food and the atmosphere is super chill; like feeling like you're at fine dining when you go in. Thank you waffle house staff for making our evening special! ?

This establishment gives heaven itself a run for it's money. I have had fewer more nutritious and delectable meals in my life. Service was 10/10 cause the waiter and the line cook bantered with my group while we ate at the bar.
