Wanted a quit but good food and went to Waffle House. I was hungr6fir gravy and biscuits with sausage patties. The staff was very friendly and enjoyed the conversation and then we came home.

This is the worst Waffle House I have been to. The service used to be a lot better. Now it is terribly disorganized. No one has any clue what’s going on. The restaurant in Whitsett NC just a few miles down the road has so much better service. I sat for 5 min with no greeting. Then finally took my order with drinks after watching 2 couples come in and get service before me. And I was sitting at the bar top. After 10 min, still had no beverage or silverware. I will never return to this location again or recommend anyone go here

Incredibly bad service! After waiting over 30 minutes I asked about our order and was told no one put our order in. We couldn’t understand how that happened and no one offered to explain or apologize. We got up and left.

Breakfast & service at THIS Waffle House was better than others I've been to. Emphasis on Much Better. They just need to ease up on the A/C some. Was crazy chilly in there tonight. Coffee, eggs, whole wheat toast & sausage were better than expected. The grits were just meh. They should have been served to me warmer b/c I wanted the cheese & butter to melt before eating. Overall was a good experience. Would recommend this Waffle House.

TOTAL CHAOS in the kitchen! The open kitchen is a great idea, but the workers must maintain a high level of professionalism! Not so among the crew this day. The cooks were spot on and kept their cool, but the servers - not so much! The food was typical Waffle House, good enough to come back, but the others need to learn to get along under pressure or find another job!
